Hotel Vecchia Oliviera

I stayed at this hotel for one week with my mother and we absolutely adored it. We woke up to spectacular, pinch-me-it-can't-be-real views every morning and honestly, any time of day it was amazing to look through our windows. The pool was wonderful with lots of space to relax around it. Private parking as well is a bonus in this city. The staff at this establishment were so very kind and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations of hospitality and were beyond wonderful. The room itself was always very clean and comfortable. There was a TV in the room but with how busy we were, we didn't need to use it! The city of Montalcino had so much to offer that we were out most of the day and this hotel was amazing to just unwind. There are other rooms in this hotel, but it is always so quiet that you wouldn't know there are other people there. It was incredibly serene. The shower had a rainfall setting which was wonderful. Their commitment to being eco friendly is also really lovely. The breakfast they serve is amazing! Croissants, cappuccino, fruit, prosciutto and cheeses were all delicious. Above all for us, the staff really shines here. I would definitely recommend staying here!

What a wonderful night stay!! Elonera was amaing and made our experience brilliant. Nothing was ever a problem, she went over and beyond gave fantastic recommendations. Accomodation was basic but comfortable and had fantastic views! Breakfast was quite good. Highly Recommend

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questo tipico hotel di Montalcino per una settimana e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Camere nel classico stile toscano ed un ottimo livello di pulizia a cui va aggiunta una varia ed abbondante colazione. Ha inoltre un posizionamento perfetto poiché consente di ammirare le colline senesi e si trova attaccato al centro di Montalcino. La marcia in più di questa struttura è sicuramente rappresentata dalla disponibilità e gentilezza delle due receptionist Elisa ed Eleonora: quest’ultima soprattutto con la sua contagiosa simpatia ci ha reso questa vacanza ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel veramente molto bello a due passi dal centro di Montalcino. L’Hotel e derivato da un vecchio frantoio con una posizione ottimale . Elisa ed Eleonora ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra e ci hanno dato alcune informazioni dei posti da visitare nei pressi di Montalcino oltre alle mete che ci eravamo prefissati . Le camere sono ampie pulitissime con tutti i servizi che servono , C’è anche una piscina con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata con sdrai tavolini e tutto l’occorrente . La colazione è abbondante e varia sia per una clientela italiana che internazionale . Un ringraziamento sincero di cuore sia ad Elisa e Eleonora per la loro simpatia . Hotel dove ritornare sicuramente, super consigliato ! ! ! ! !

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in questa bellissima struttura. Servizio piscina è un plus che rende l’esperienza eccezionale. Location apprezzata dalla nostra cagnolina che ha ricevuto anche un piccolo gadget dalla receptionist. Colazione buona e servizio ottimo. Piccolo consiglio, prevedere un cuscino per i viaggiatori a quattro zampe sarebbe davvero un tocco di classe. Bravi!!!

Неадекватный владелец отеля! Сразу определюсь, что речь не о качестве отеля. Речь о персонале. Подумайте миллион раз, если выбирете этот отель. Вдруг у вас перенесут рейс или вы опоздаете на чекин. Мы умоляли отель подождать нас, т.к. наш рейс задержали. Нам было предложено подождать открытия отеля на парковке!!!! Потом над нами "сжалились" и сказали ,что за 3 часа ожидания мы должны заплатить 210 евро. Наш рейс ещё задержали и мы приехали ещё на полтора часа позже. Вы думаете нам обрадовались? С нас взяли ещё деньги. Мы заплатили 350 евро!!! за поздний чек ин. Владелец отеля грозился аннулировать наши номера и взять штраф 50% (за что???), за то что мы не приедем вовремя. У нас было заказано и ОПЛАЧЕНО ЗАРАНЕЕ 5 номеров. У нас есть подробная переписка с отелем. Вот дословно: That night we made the check-in at 3:00am... mind-blowing! We were very disappointed with this booking!
