Champêtre - Tremblant Sunstar

We've been to Plateau several times, and had a good time. However, our trip this October was very disappointing. We booked a premium unit for our anniversary. It was to have cathedral ceilings, spacious common areas and two separate rooms. When we arrived, i realized the unit they gave us was not what we booked. The unit we received was a small basic room. I contacted the front desk, and they indicated that there was nothing that could be done for the weekend, but that a manager would call me back. Six days and no call and still waiting. I also learned that the unit they gave us cost $100 less per night, but yet i paid full price for the original booking. Also, the furniture in the unit we received was worn out and we had to buy our own dish soap as they only provided hand soap. There are lots of nice hotels and condos in Tremblant - i would recommend going somewhere else based on my most recent experience. We won't be going back based on the way we were treated.

Do not ignore the multiple negative reviews. This company is a scam through and through. We paid for a $600+ a night condo with Equinox and were downgraded to a $300 night condo in Sur Plateau with ZERO warning and then deny any wrong doing and refuse to help or make the situation right. The company is essentially bait and switching customers while pocketing the difference. Condo we were given was run down, no amenities that we paid for, no air conditioning and not at all what was booked. Based on the other reviews and the way the company has handled it, it is clear they make a business out of scamming people. We feel completely taken advantage of by this dishonest company. After multiple attempts and weeks of discussions with the company, they will not make it right.
