Located on the west coast of Lake Garda, in Moniga del Garda, the residence is located in a quiet location, away from traffic and close to the historic center. It is composed of only 6 units with swimming pool and sunbathing area equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. Large areas of green are the setting for this small and comfortable residence where guests will find tranquility and refreshment of the mind, making it an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The apartments are large three-room apartments on the ground floor with porch and front-back garden or on the first floor with terrace overlooking the pool. All have a table with chairs and blackout curtains for more privacy outdoors. Furnished with care, they are equipped with central heating, air conditioning and Tv. The kitchens are complete with hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and equipped with crockery, kettle and coffee machine.
