Campers City RV Resort

I do not recommend this campground. Despite clearly confirming our rig requirements over the phone when booking, the information changed upon arrival. The site no longer met our needs due to these discrepancies, so we had no choice but to cancel our reservation. Instead of charging us for just one night, they kept our entire $342 down payment. I have camped all over North America and have never encountered anything like this. Just so you know who you're dealing with.

I would give zero stars if I could. This campground was a huge disappointment. The management was extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment we arrived. They acted like we were bothering them any time we had a question or asked for help. To make matters worse, the hot water wasn’t working, and our fridge was broken—two pretty basic things that should be functioning at a campground you’re paying to stay at. When we reported the issues, the staff showed absolutely no concern. No apology, no offer to fix anything, and no solution whatsoever. Just attitude. It was clear they had no interest in maintaining the place or supporting their guests. We weren’t the only ones having problems either—others around us were also frustrated and complaining about the same kind of treatment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually cares about its guests and keeps its facilities in working order. This campground was a waste of time and money. The campground itself is beautiful but the management is rude not helpful accusatory.

We are just finishing our 3rd year as seasonal campers here and already cant wait for our fourth! Such an amazing campground with two beautiful clean and heated pools, a huge bouncy pillow and tons of activities for kids. Yes, there are rules and regulations but we appreciate that! Without rules becomes chaos! The managers are an amazing couple who always look after us campers and work relentlessly to make sure everyone is taken care of. The staff is amazing, well trained and the property is clean and always well groomed. Don’t pass this place up!! It truly is a wonderful place!!

The star raitings speak for themselves. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at an rv park. Staff and owner were very hostile my whole trip would not recommend. There are other rv parks in the area to give your business to go to those rv parks instead. I have stayed at a lot of rv parks in New brunswick, and this is by far the worst. You can't bring more than one vehicle with you, and you can't have more than 2 adults on a site, or they will charge you an extra $20 per person. They charge $2 for 8 mins to use the showers. The sites are crammed. But the worst part is how rude the staff can be. Not all the staff are rude, but the majority of them are. The owner is the worst of all. This is not a friendly park. Do not give them your money. Costco is just down the road. Just stay there. Avoid this place like the plauge

We booked this campground back in May. We called to make our reservation as we require an RV spot for a van and camper as well as a tent. When making a reservation over the phone the employee was told the situation and what we were looking for. The told us "yes that is no problem" and continued to book us in for the dates we requested. They kept saying "fifth wheel" they were corrected many times as we would have a van, camper and a tent. They took our deposit. We arrived after driving 3 hours, checked in with no issues, paid the remaining balance and was taken to our site where we began to set up our tent as the remining people were traveling up after work. Once the tent was set up my husband went to the washroom. Not long after he left I look out of my tent to be surrounded by a woman who flew up in a golf cart and identified herself as the supervisor as well as 2 other guys, one was mowing the grass and the other was just sitting there watching. She then proceeds to tell me that the tent could not stay on this site. I told her that we called months ago and made our reservation and we told them that we needed a site for a camper, van, and tent and this is what they gave us. She then starts to tell me that tents are not allowed on the site and that WE said we have a fifth wheel camper. I told her that we did not say that. She kept saying that we said this or that. She then said that I needed to be moved to another site and would need to come back to the office and pay for the tent site. I told her that I am not paying for another site when we made the reservation over the phone to avoid this and the mistake is clearly on their end. She called over some guy who said he was the park manager. He starts getting aggressive with me telling me that the tent is coming down no matter what and we would be paying for another site. My husband then comes back from the washroom, our camp site surrounded by 3-4 guys with only myself there. I was out numbered and at this point feeling uncomfortable. Again, the guy continued to say that the tent was coming down. I called my mother as she was also going to be driving over 3 hours up here. She was speaking with the "manager" on the phone who is pretty much saying it isn't their issue and the tent is coming down either way. At this point we were already working on taking the tent down. We tell him "please stop saying that we are clearly taking the tent down" he then again says "this tent is coming down no matter what" So now were getting irritated as we were taking the tent down already. My husband says "we are taking the tent down, please stop saying that" The manger still had my phone so I asked him to give me my phone back and he backed away still going on about the tent to my mom on the phone. I said again to give me my phone back NOW. He then said that we need to pack up (which we were already doing) and leave. We said "good not like we would want to stay in a place that treats people this way" We finished p

Their check-in at 1:00 PM and not a minute before is ridiculous. We got there 35 minutes before 1 PM and were told that they were working on our site. While waiting, I took a walk to look at our site and sure enough – it was ready. No one was “working on our site”. Instead of telling the truth – they lied. It was our first time and our last time. We travelled / travel all over North America and never experienced something like this. Not a friendly place.
