Sahara Beach Aquapark Resort

This hotel is kept very clean throughout. Pools are clean and pool staff are fab. All the staff we found to be very helpful and friendly. The animation team were the highlight for us. Particularly Sasha, migos, Luca, mina, kiko, bibo and all (sorry about spellings!) We had a large group of family and friends staying for 2 weeks 4-18th October 2024. We had a fabulous waiter Farid who was exceptional throughout the stay. You keep the same waiter and tables for your whole stay. Initially they struggled to fit us all on 1 table but this was rectified by the next day. The food was delicious with plenty of options at all meal times and meals can be taken in a few different snack bars at lunch time. My favourite was the Tunisian specialities and the pizzas! Hamdi who is one of the waiters around the lobby area was also amazing. We stayed in room 1442 and our cleaner was Harrida I think and she was brilliant! The Tui rep was Aladin and he was also exceptional. Water sports were cheap, fun and definitely worth trying. Bar 51 served delicious frozen cocktails although these are chargeable, but worth the £4-£5. The hotel deserves to be more than 3 star in my opinion. Please try excursions if you are planning to visit this fabulous hotel. Also the jewellery maker onsite and spa as well. If the drinks were better then this would be worth more than a 10/10. The choices were limited and not great quality on the all inclusive side. Otherwise I find it hard to fault!

First time in Tunisia and was very impressed with Sahara Beach from the minute we arrived we were given dinner even though it was late was such a lovely touch after a long journey.. The staff go above and beyond and the animators are so lively and friendly and even if not joining in activities they go out of your way to talk to you which was lovely. I was sceptible being a 3 star but was pleasantly surprised beach and sea are beautiful and can always get a sunbed and the pool mat guys were always there with a mat. unless you wanted a poolside one but we were happy further away. Food was great and great for the teenagers to have late breakfast available and afternoon snacks available. My only downside was the evening entertainment was a bit lack lustre and bit repetitive and apart from the white party every Saturday which was amazing it does need some improvement especially having older kids. Drinks and bar staff always had smile on their face and Sam organising quad bikes was our favourite and did it twice so fun and horse riding was also a must. Great watersports too at reasonable prices. Overall would recommend and would have a great time and we hope to return again some day but do like to visit different places.. What an amazing experience from the get go !!! Staff are amazing people so friendly and so professional... The hotel is sooooo clean all hours of the day !!! The food is the best we ve had in an all inclusive resort so many choices from basic food to authentic Tunisian cuisine. The pools and the water park are the best. A big shout out to the entertainment staff who put in 100% effort everyday they work and boy do they do some hours . The pool staff amazing the bar staff amazing the restaurant staff amazing the cleaning staff amazing the porters and reception staff amazing nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The activity staff and shop workers amazing. Highly recommend the water sports on the beach and the horse riding activity all a must and cheap as chips . The atmosphere is second to none !!! We made friends with lots of the staff wouldn't want to single people out as all are equally as important. This holiday has been the best by far so much so that we.ve booked up again for next year which we never go back to the same place but how can we not !!! Thank you Sahara beach

AMAZING HOLIDAY where do I start.. Upon arriving at the hotel weather was great. Got a warm welcoming with refreshments. A gentleman showed us to our room and took all of our bags for us. The hotel was very clean rooms were great with a balcony. Very clean and well set with aircon. The maids cleaned every day and even put towels and nightmare into bows and swans The hotel had everything you needed shops, bars, restaurants, out door and indoor pools plus a aqua park with slides, night club, private beach, crazy golf, go carts, quad bikes archery tennis football courts, stables and so much more. The pools were great plenty of sun beds and places lay and relax. Weather was great. Lots of sunshine. Just take your own towels as they provide bath towels but not pool or beach ones. All the staff were great and friendly. The entertainment staff were ABSOLUTLY AMAZING. Work so hard from morning to early hours entertaining children and adults very friendly and always smiling and interacting with all. They entertain with lots of different activitys dancing, water polo, Gymnastics, volly ball, party's and lots more. Zizo was fantastic at Gymnastics. Such a lovely Gentleman we had a good conversation with him too. He's a super star. All entertainment staff need a gold star for the hard work and determination they put in. My daughter named one of them maui not sure why but he was deffinetly her favourite he had dread locked hair tied up. Night entertainment was great dancing shows bingo music and raffle. Along with great waiters that clear up and bring drinks out for you. They deserve a thank you for their hard work. However there boss never seemed happy always looked like he was telling them off for talking to customers which isn't great if you happen to see it. He clearly doesn't want them to use customer service Although they all did. Kids discos and the shows finished at 10:30 ish then the pubs and night club were open after that. If you come across horse man he's also great he arranges 1h horse rides to the beach. Very friendly and chatted every day. My daughter loved the horse ride. Its a must if you see him. You can also venture out the hotel to near by places so much to see shops markets marina. You can get there by taxi bus or horse and cart. Thank you to all the people that were there bar staff entertainment team maids ect you all work so hard there the people on the front line of it all. We've had the most amazing time and % we will deffinetly come again.

Can’t praise this hotel highly enough. Spotlessly clean, the most friendly staff I’ve ever come across, right on the beach,with lots of watersports to try at very cheap prices, and probably the best choice and best cooked food I’ve had at any all inclusive resort. The animation team worked tirelessly from morning to night, 3 swimming pools to choose from and 3 outdoor bars near pools and beach.

Amazing hotel, staff are the best. Clean tidy, pools are amazing, friendly atmosphere. Food and choice excellent. Did horse riding, Quad bikes, Paragliding, Etc.... The cleaning staff are amazing each day room clean tidy and all the mess the kids made cleared.
