Welcomed with a drink and someone took our cases to our rooms Then it all went Down hill from then Room was described by the receptionist the best room in the hotel Mattresses were so uncomfortable could feel every spring, dirty Mattress protectors Sheets/ towels were meant to be white they were yellow as they were so old, one even had blood on. Rugs down each side of bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Bathroom didn't have attachment for the shower head to hold to, the bath had been resiliconed around the edge serval times and they dirt sat in top cracked tiles & floor tiles. The place smelt like sewage. No Air-Con as they turned it off apparently Restaurant One Row of food, spaghetti bolognaise Every night, Fish with there Eyes still in, some mince slop Some sort of Potatoes & chicken kebab meat with Breads Desserts same 5 cakes every night & day fruit Apple or orange Plates wasn't washed properly still had grease on and all chipped Bar had plastic cups and was collected from tables stacked together and run under the water. Female toilet had a bucket/ Bin in the middle of the room as there was a leak from the ceiling. We had to buy new bedding, sheets & pillow cases & cups to drink out & food Nothing to do within the hotel, in rainy days everyone sat in the lobby looking miserable( and I don't blame them) This place was the pitts reminded me off a YMCA Hostel LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for advising this hotel. Maybe you need to do your research before advising again. Also the staff members beg u to make a good review and the entertainment Guy wanted us to do it in front of him.

Very nice place. Hanin it’s the best worker ever, very professional and friendly person, she always help us with everything. We want to come back soon. Food it’s very diversified and every one can found something preferable. Miss you HANIN, hopefully we will see you next summer again

I love this hotel. The staff are amazing and I especially love Yassine and Hanin and Karin. We had an amazing time here and will definitely be back. The rooms were good and the food was more than enough to satisfy our needs. Animation team were fab xxx

I’m on my last day within t hotel of Skanes Serail.The experience has been amazing .we were welcomed with moctails when we entered the hotel in our first day .The hotel staff helped with our luggage which was nice of them .The all inclusive has been amazing ,there are so many varieties of food su chi as Italian Lebanese and Tunisian and different deserts and salads every day . the staff are very kind Sn helpful ,everyone is friendly here and always offer a help in hand .even though we came off season we were still able to do camel riding and quad biking for two hours each with transfer to the destinations .the massage we had in the swallow spa it was okay but it went too quick .The waiters brought food and snacks over to us even decorated our table as a nice gesture .the bathroom was the biggest issue ,every time we ha a shower it flooded a we had to get it cleaned up after each use but they did offer to swap rooms .Transfer for nearby cities such as Monastir and Sousse were cheap especially the bus which was 1.4dinar a person and the train was 0.55 dinar and they Come every hour .The entertainment is good ,the dj played good music ,the entertainment staff ismail took part in our family game card night .He spoke to us everyday .We played bingo one night as part of the entertainment and we won two gifts a camel and a tam tam from the hotel .

LOVED IT 😍 😍 😍 😍 - Staff were all welcoming and friendly - Animation Team became friends and treated my daughter so well. SHOUT OUT TO Hanin, Femi and Yassine (who is an amazing dancer). - Food is diverse combining local Tunisian cuisine with our loved home comforts. - House Keeping were so accommodating and friendly- Saleh cleaned our room daily and treated our belongings with respect 🙏 - Spa was super relaxing and out of this world 🌎. The hamam, facial and massage combination was great value for 💰 - Experiences offered enhanced the experience.. Quad biking was like Mario cart and horse 🐎 was beautiful in the greenery backdrop Only edit would be that... Some works were being done around pool area and not much entertainment on perhaps due to seasonality. Will be returning in ☀️ summer to see the hotel in all its glory. 😎

Lovely hotel warm and welcoming staff spent New Years Eve here with hreat food snd entertainment lots of choice at meal times weather has not been great but they have an indoor heated pool. Going to try out yhe spa tomorrow will definitely be back
