We had 5 nights all inclusive including fights and transfers, 3 adults 1 child £260 ea (child included). Hotel Rosa beach was a lovely hotel, with great services such as; indoor heated pool, outdoor natural salt pool, spa facilities (of which were incredibly affordable and enjoyable!) the buffet was interesting, the cuisine is a bit of a culture shock, don’t expect burgers and chips, atleast of the western variety. But still there is something for everyone and it was all very nice. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Hamdi, who seems to be a jack of all trades. Was always around and always willing and happy to cater to your needs. As we had a poorly 9 year old with us who hadn’t eaten much, he was able to source a “takeaway” which again was a far cry from McDonald’s but he did manage to eat, as well as a clinic and pharmacy for us to get him checked over. Another helpful aid was the taxis that were linked to the hotel, very affordable and willing to take you everywhere in order for you to get the full experience of Tunisia! All well as finding you lower taxed cash machines, tourism spots and souvenirs! If you’re staying at hotel Rosa Beach in Monastir then you may meet Youseff, who was my go to taxi man. Considering it was Ramadan and these guys don’t eat until 6pm, they remain incredibly upbeat & friendly! Don’t trust the guys who flag you down they will overcharge and take you round the houses! All in all it was a lovely 6 days away, with great weather, lovely beach and sightseeing and friendly people. Don’t be fooled by the aesthetic, the French Arabic people are really friendly and accommodating to the western world! Would go again
