I had a delightful experience at Hotel Sapphire. The staff were courteous and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The KLA meeting venue was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials for a productive meeting. I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, making it easy to explore Mombasa. The dining experience was a highlight - great variety and tasty coastal dishes. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort, good service, and value in the heart of the city.

The best experience ever!Brenda served me so good.It is good to see professionals like her in there. Her aura is soo good and liked her professionalism. I love Octave band and the restaurant services were really good. The other staffs were very hospitable and I’d recommend sapphire anyday anytime.

The conference halls are amazing. The food is ok. It would be good to improve on the buffets number and adding up more seats to accommodate the people coming for conferences. The washrooms were very clean and have arabian showers to accommodate muslims.

My sincere appreciation to the Directors and Management of Hotel sapphire led by Mr.Yegon for the commendable job done as far as renovation and restoration of the facility is concerned.The outcome is beautiful. The icing on the cake was the heartwarming service from the trainee at the poolside restaurant;Rosemary!may she find a good employer if the hotel doesn’t absorb her.She serves with delight from her heart. Pay attention to every detail.The GRO too was so helpful and took all my concerns seriously and got solved in record time.This is my second stay here and I will definitely come back in my next visit to Mombasa.I highly recommend this place for your big or small meetings and accommodation.They have a secure parking too. Thank you for the personalized welcome note and fruits.Wow!you made my stay awesome. Keep up the good job team Saphire.

Cocktails prepared by arthur are so amazing. The enviroment so clean giving you a piece of mind to relax. Ample parking and good security making the place and Hotel Sapphire the best place to be at any time. So spaciours with beutiful scenaries giving you the views u want. Prices for the drinks are also affordable.
