Hotel des Alpes

Clean hotel and really close to all the main attractions of Molveno : positive! Breakfast was very well assembled.. room was ok but too cold we had to ask to switch on the heater cause it was freezing during the day and night . Spa was included in the price but also the spa room was really really cold as well as the water of the swimming pool ( salt room and relax area were super freezing and impossible to stay ) so was kind of annoying not to enjoy properly the cozy environment of the spa especially with cold days we had at the beginning of October and after only one hour we left . Sauna was out of order which we knew since the booking and it's ok but when we entered the spa , the bagno turco's door was completely open and all the steam gone so we had to close the door and wait several minutes to enjoy it which anyway wasn't completely hot and wasn't working properly anyway . Could this possible be a tactic to avoid having too many guests in the Spa area at the same time or not making guests comfortable which is a very bad management skill . We booked the place knowing was off season but still if the business is open you must guarantee the same service during all the year! A little note which can be useful to implement the rating and the satisfaction of guests ( I work in resort/hotel myself so this is a little tip) : when I booked I specified would have been for my birthday .. so from a guest point of view having a little " treat" or something as a reminder of the celebration would have been great . Unfortunately there was nothing you can do better !!

We had a lovely week at this hotel. I just would especially like to thank the excellent staff from reception, waiting, kitchen and room cleaning.nothing was too much trouble. The setting was stunning and I enjoyed the small indoor pool. Thank you for a great holiday

Room clean and bed comfortable. Old fashioned furniture, 1 draw in chest of drawers would not open. Bathroom small, shower cubicle very small but shower good. Toilet too near shower so partner could not sit on toilet properly as knees jammed into shower. No opportunity to change to another room. View of lake was good. Now 3 English speaking programmes, BBC World News, CNN news & Al Jazeera news English. No tea or coffee making facilities but I think this is true for Italy. Breakfast was okay. Archaic toaster with electric bars on during breakfast period. Had to use special tongs for 1 small slice of white bread. Not much choice of fruit, Tinned peaches, prunes and dried apricots and cranberries. No fresh fruit available. Most staff were helpful and certainly overworked. Young girl was a star and Mussad worked on Reception, Bar & also in restaurant a very pleasant Man.

Hotel molto pulito, vicinissimo al centro con vista sul lago da una parte e montagne dall'altra. Parcheggio gratuito davanti l'hotel molto comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buon centro benessere con una piccola piscina esterna. Ottima qualità del cibo, con menù vari e per tutti i gusti. Colazioni spettacolari con prodotti freschi fatti in casa ed ottime marmellate.

Struttura magnifica compreso di posto auto custodito, camera eccezionale con tutti i confort ,reception molto accoglienti, la Spa magnifica, cucina è personale della sala, molto professionisti cibo buonissimo, posto incantevole, bello

Bellissimo hotel in una splendida pozione,vicino sia al lago che al centro . Personale molto gentile e disponibile con un occhio di riguardo per le persone con problemi di intolleranze e celiachia. È la prima volta che trovo un hotel in cui le persone che soffrono di celiachia e altre intolleranze possono scegliere gli stessi piatti degli altri commensali senza sentirsi " diversi ". Cucina ottima e impiattamento curato serviti sempre con il sorriso. E che dire di Mosad ..... una persona solare ,gentile , disponibile e sempre pronto a dare consigli su come passare al meglio la giornata,dove andare e cosa vedere e con la quale puoi scambiare quattro chiacchiere e fare anche quattro risate. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Spero proprio di riuscire a ritornaci quanto prima .
