Having stayed here several times a year in the past 4 years, I was really disappointed with our stay this time. Every time we've stayed before we were offered a free bottle of water each. Not this time, apparently one needs to hit a certain "status". I really dislike the feel of the microfiber linens-as they are greasy feeling and retain heat. Go back to cotton sheets & pillowcases! Pillows are not firm, no matter what the pillowcase says. Also no housekeeping is an option now? So no tips for the housekeepers, I guess. No pool towels were offered. We were disappointed in the change of breakfast options. Where are the omelettes? Where is the bacon, turkey sausage and sausage patty options? Unfortunately, the stale baked goods have stayed. I find the app difficult to use to change dates. Calling the ihg customer service number went unanswered several times. I guess overall, we were disappointed with our stay. We'll probably look for other options from now on which in itself is disappointing since it is the best option to be closest to the airport.. I also noticed that I didn't see the shuttle that's usually used.
