This hotel is a little gem, beautifully clean and tidy and really well appointed to places such as Bushy Gardens and Hampton Court. Its a short walk to different pubs and restaurants and has easy transport links for Kingston town center and rail access to Central London. Breakfasts are really good in quantity and consist of good quality produce offering plenty of variety. The main selling point with this hotel though are the staff. They are amazing and so welcoming. They ensure that your needs are catered for and nothing is too much for them. Diane especially is a phenomenal individual. She really does go over and above to make sure that the Hotels customers are put at ease and made to feel at home. She made our break special. What an asset to the Hotel. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much all.

We had room 6 which is at the front of the hotel, the room was very small not much room to move about and no chairs to be able to sit. The was tea and coffee facilities in the room and a skinny table to make it on these were very good. Very little space for getting ready for 2 people. Bathroom was clean good shower. I found the road noise a problem and the noise of the mini fridge was irritating. Breakfast was ok we wouldn't stay here again as expensive for sure a small room.

The night managers were very kind. Despite being on the road, we did not hear a word. The room was large and spacious. It's an easy walk to Hampton Court and the river. Despite not having a lot of guests, they were a bit overwhelmed in the morning. Other than that, it does the job.

We stayed here overnight whilst visiting Hampton Court Palace, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk away. Our room was modern and clean but we found there wasn’t much room around the narrow, double bed, barely enough space for the very small tables on either side. We were well supplied with complimentary coffee and tea and there were towelling robes available for our use. We had our evening meal at the hotel which we really enjoyed, the quality of the food was excellent and good value for money. We were a little disappointed with our breakfast experience. Several things could have been done better, the toaster was faulty and inefficient, it needs replacing. Both our breakfast orders were served with items missing or not ordered, my poached eggs didn’t turn up and my husband had a sausage which hadn’t been ordered. It was a while before we received our tea and coffee, then we had to ask for milk. Having said that, the staff were quick to apologise. We found Jack and Diane to be particularly helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed to be very quiet during our stay and at times the staff seemed to be underworked.

A pleasant surprise! Comfortable room (lovely pillows!), with a premium feel: fresh, clean decor, quality toiletries and tea/coffee supplies (Nespresso/Tea Pigs etc). Ideally located for visiting Hampton Court Palace, and with great views of the famous Maze. We found a pigeon in the bathroom, but that was our fault for opening the window too wide! Parking is limited, but we were lucky to find a space in the designated area outside the hotel (first-come-first-served). Breakfast matched the room for quality, with well-stocked cold buffet and an excellent 'full English' cooked to order. Staff were friendly and obliging.

Stayed for my birthday at the end of April 2024 for two nights. Overall the hotel is very nice. Nice room, good size in my opinion - with a view across the road. Excellent bed, incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness second to none. We had room 4. Breakfast both mornings was delicious, served to perfection. It took us 45 minutes to walk into Kingston through Bushy Park and the other way to Hampton Court and the settlement there a matter of a few minutes. Some good pubs in both areas. The Prince Of Wales was particularly good. I managed to get a parking space outside the front of the hotel - which I'm led to believe is on a first come, first served basis. There are other parking areas though, on road parking and the railway station. The bathroom, although perfectly clean and fully stocked was, in my opinion, a little small so maybe people of a 'larger frame' may be a bit cramped. Excellent shower though. I would stay there again, the place was good for the price and the area.

We visited for the weekend and booked online hoping it was as close to Bushy park as it looked on the map….we weren’t disappointed! We could see into the park from our room - just perfect for Bushy parkrun! The room was a lovely size, clean and well set up - beautiful curtains! Absolutely no road noise which was great, it was warm in there but the Dyson fan was good. Bathroom lovely, clean and tidy. Coffee machine was appreciated, bathrobes available too. Only 1 normal teabag each day but I’m sure had I asked, they would have supplied more! Breakfast was great on the Saturday morning but I think we came down slightly later Sunday and not much left in the way of juices, cereals, bread. Full English was lovely though. Parking spaces are limited which we knew might be the case anyway; I parked on the road the first night and moved the car as soon as I saw a space come free. Room doors slam quite noisily but then they’re fire doors, so we were mindful to close them gently not to disturb others. Staff friendly and helpful. Super easy walk to Hampton court bridge and village. Amazing view of Hampton court palace maze from the top of the stairs. Would definitely return!
