We had just left the western part of Etosha National Park from Ongava Camp and it took quite a long time....4 hours to drive 190 Km. We saw hundreds of animals along the way mostly being springbok but the elephants were awesome as well. OK,,,, Mushara Outpost was really great even though it was only 2 nights. First day/night we just stayed at camp and enjoyed the very nice accommodations. Great bed with netting around to keep out the mosquitoes although, I rarely saw any mosquitoes our entire trip as it was/is the dry season. Food was good...no complaints there. The highlight of my stay was being with a local woman guide, Ute. I believe her name is Germanic and I'll copy her picture below. I was alone with her for the late afternoon game drive where we saw wonderful herds of elephants and leopards as well as the uncountable springbok and ostriches and a type of stork. Hornbills. I've got so many pictures, I'll never get through them all. Ute is great and I wished I knew her as a friend! Back to Mushara....I would go back to stay! Very nice!
