Ruperto al de recepción y atención en buffet estupenda. Como sugerencia debería haber alguna plaza de aparcamiento para minusválidos al lado de la puerta del hotel.

Great stay. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Always a sunbed to be had at pool or in the garden area. Food was tasty and plentiful, always plenty of choice. Now for the negatives: Hand sanitiser was empty outside restaurant, all people attending the restaurant should be shown to sanitiser prior to entry. All children should be accompanied by an adult at the buffet and should not be allowed to go up themselves. Entertainment and music was a bit of a let down as it was all in Spanish. There should be a mixture of Spanish and English.

Second time at this hotel, last time 7 years ago. Still a great hotel with a lovely beach over the road. Lovely to see Diego still on reception. Restaurant is refurbished and looking lovely. Still extremely busy, especially at evening dinner and the staff struggle to cope with serving drinks and clearing tables for everyone. Maybe they should consider self service drinks for those on All Inclusive? Food was still excellent. So much choice at every meal. Rooms were lovely and our cleaner Isa did a lovely job each day with fresh towels provided. Drinks were really good. Branded drinks such as Gordon's gin, Absolut vodka, Baileys etc available. Cocktails were already mixed but quite pleasant to drink. White wine was a rioja and really good. Cava also available. Bar staff worked really hard and were polite and helpful. Sad to see not many people tipped. They did have a tip box bit hidden from view. There is an All Inclusive menu for drinks and snacks behind the bar so you can see what is available. You can also upgrade your drinks for a couple extra euros if you wish. Had a wonderful week and look forward to returning soon. Thanks to all the lovely staff

We are here as I write this review!! This is the 3 time we have stayed In this hotel over the past 6! Years this time hotel has grown new gym and kids pool !! Gym good if you want to use it I did a few times lovely walks along the sea front and great beach across the road we up graded to inclusive before we left good choice as when we went out it was €12 for 2 drinks.. the food was good in the new refurbished restaurant but not enough staff for the amount of guest and I must say they are lovely and hard working entertainment was all for Spanish even though there was plenty of English also and.. lots of bars around now closed?? But still a wonderful place to visit

Rooms are fine and cleaned daily, restaurant and food are good with large choice. Hotel entertainment is very spanish orientated and difficult to participate in if you don't speak spanish. Most of the public facing staff are very helpful. Located at the Quieter end of the playa although 2 or 3 bars very close by with own entertainment which we used. Nice beach. Old Town well worth a visit and exploration of bars and restaurants is recommended.

We have recently returned from yet another stay at this Hotel...We have been staying since 1987...Been other places around the world...but have to have our Mojacar fix. Hotel Best Indalo is a perfect location, directly on the most wonderful beach. There are buses directly opposite the Hotel which will take you anywhere in the area for €1.20.. The Hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, the staff are always helpful and friendly, we had a few minor problems in our room which were dealt with immediately. The garden area of the hotel is lovely, with a jaccussi pool to dip in. I just wish they would make the main pool more accessible for people with mobility problems. One problem we encountered this year was ...if you are on half board there is no food available in the bars for lunch until after 4.00 in the afternoon, which is too near evening meal. It is a Spanish hotel and therefore does cater for the Spanish...but hey!! you are in Spain... Obviously we will be returning...Thank you x

Excellent hotel in a very good location opposite the beach plenty of beds in the garden area with natural shade from the palm trees there were umbrellas available out to be fair most days it was too breezy for them. The restaurant had plenty of choice every night but the hot food was only ever lukewarm unless you were lucky enough to cop for a fresh dish being replaced but I just gave my meals a quick blast in the microwave problem sorted there was also plenty of salads desserts puddings and freshly cooked food at the far end. Staff were good couldn't speak much English but we managed to communicate ok. Rooms were clean and plenty big enough for the two of us we will definitely return to this hotel again. We came for a rest with peace and quiet and that's what we got.
