The hotel definitely looks better than it is in the photos. Nice location and food, great open air onsen, helpful staff and good value for money. Hope i can revisit it some day.

Overall facilities, food, services were awesome. Amazing services provided to us: complimentary ride to vine bridge, waterfall due to early arrival to hotel. Assisted to our train schedules for our next destination, offer treats for our long journey. Mailing postcard service. All staff demonstrated professional and courtesy attitude to their guest. Room Tenjin with open air bath is excellent, definitely recommended. Enjoy our stay. We would like to see bus schedules to be improved by increasing more buses run to and from the hotel; or arrange free hotel shuttle to and from Oboke Station, if required.

Best location as it is very close to the tourist spots. The staff are very helpful especially Lin at the reception as he gave us lots of useful tips and explanation. The owner was most attentive and she sang for us at dinner time which was a nice surprise. The rooms are spacious and the onsen on the hill is very interesting. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting there again.

特別的温泉旅館體驗， 自家有趣的纜車前往溫泉區，美味的一泊兩食，我住的西式房間看似全新裝修，禮貌而且熱誠的工作人員，老闆娘還為進食的客人高歌一曲當地的民謠，一切一切都是那麼完美，但最好是自駕前往，那就省卻一些交通上的麻煩。

交通：如果是自駕絕對無問題，酒店亦有接駁巴士接送，但好像只有一班 特式：酒店內有露天風呂，可以坐纜車前，挺有趣。晚膳有爐端烤魚，很有風味，還有老闆娘，為你獻唱一曲。晚上有舊式巴士帶你夜遊藤蔓橋及瀑布。 服務員親切有禮

員工服務質素高，主動幫手任何事情，更有一位識廣東話，十分體貼及主動。週邊環境美麗，一定會提議朋友入住。

比較老的酒店，整體可以，餐廳也不錯，還有會講中文的小哥和特別親切禮貌又服務好的司機大叔，夜遊非常好，但温泉外面的人也可以買票進入就很嘈雜，温泉體驗感一下子差了很多😅

住refa房，到時新裝修，很美又很乾淨，服務很好，而且很貼心。 老闆娘行親切，還在晚餐時高歌一曲，夜晚還有夜遊吊橋活動。 是一間非常正酒店，絕對可以再住第二次，唯一不好的地方是乾衣機沒有維護好，乾了兩小時衣服也是濕的

酒店離大步危車站都有一段距離，巴士班次亦較疏，坐的士的話，大約3000多日圓，但距離夢舞台及祖谷蔓橋較近。 酒店職員非常好，check in 後主動載我們去祖谷蔓橋。 酒店房間設施非常新穎，亦有戶外天空風呂，景色非常優美，非常推薦。 值得一讚是，晚上有夜行祖谷蔓橋活動，非常好。 老闆娘亦非常有心，晚飯時主動出來唱歌，歡迎我們。
