After a long day of delayed flights I just wanted to get some sleep, but unfortunately it wasn’t easy. Called for the shuttle, got put on hold for over 5 minutes. So I hung up and called back, was told where to go for the shuttle but only had 4 minutes to get there. Asked if they would hold the shuttle for like 2 minutes as I had two kids under 5 and it was getting late, plus they had just placed me on hold for so long and that wasted time. I was told no, and the next one would be 30mins. We proceed to the pick up, I ended up having to call back because it was 10 min past pickup time and zero sign of the bus driver. He finally shows up, it’s a tiny bus and there was soo many of us that not everyone would fit. Thank god we got on, We squished in like sardines, luggage in some peoples laps, still people were left behind and told it would be a 35-40min wait for the next ride. Get to the hotel, front desk lady was very nice and gave the kids a treat, however once we got to the room we were a little disappointed as there was a big brown stain on the bed skirt (white part that lays under the mattress) I quickly checked the sheets, they seemed fine. The pillows on the bed could be better as well, they’re small width wise. So disappointed with our stay as Best Western Plus is always our go to because we’ve had wonderful stays at other locations.
