Seadreams Mission Beach

This is my first trip to QLD (my wife had visited in her 20’s). We were planning to drive from Townsville to Port Douglas and were looking for somewhere between to spend a couple days. By shear luck we stumbled upon Mission Beach and it looked like a perfect fit for us. Searching for accommodations we found Seadreams, a cross between a luxury hotel and a BnB. It’s located away from the busiest part of town but close enough for a 15 minute walk on a beach path to most shops and restaurants. During our stay we only used our car to leave town to visit some nearby waterfalls. The Seadreams property is amazing. A beautiful ocean view from our room and patio as well as from the refreshing plunge pool. The sounds of crashing waves and tropical birds fill the air. Depending on the tide we were 25-50 meters from the ocean. Mike and Rob are the friendly and welcoming hosts who designed and built Seadreams. The property top to bottom was designed with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches. Think detail focused on steroids. If you’re looking for luxury accommodations in Mission Beach this is your place.

Beautiful location, superbly designed rooms equipped with everything you could possibly need. Restaurants a beautiful 15 minutes beach walk away. Excellent breakfast. The care and attention to detail is amazing. Very quiet location. Will be back.

As other reviews have said Rob and Mike have thought of everything and service is friendly but allows for privacy. It is a wonderful, luxurious experience where you feel very special. Mission Beach is lovely too - a great spot for a relaxing break.

Gorgeous location right on the beach with the infinity pool over looking the gorgeous setting of the beach. The most luxurious accommodation which also includes a delightful fresh breakfast. Mike & Rob were amazing and nothing is ever too much. It was my hubby’s birthday they the added happy birthday touch - just from the kindness of their hearts. Book in you will absolutely love the location and environment that Seadreams Mission Beach has to offer. We had 3 nights and now are feeling so relaxed. There is nothing not thought of here for you, we didn’t have the most favourable weather but it was still breathtaking beautiful!

If you look at all of these reviews and think "this has to be fake, no way a place can be this good", then you are wrong: This place really is this amazing. The room is super comfy and you see the ocean a few metery away through some palm trees and a pool that you share with just one more room. The breakfast is the best buffet weve ever had. But what really makes this a 10/10 is that they thought of everything: beachtowels, umbrellas, water, etc. all provided and many cute details in the room. We cannot recommend this place enogh and we wish Rob and Mark all the best with their enterprise!

Superb accommodation. Everything is well designed and of top quality. An unforgettable experience. The hosts have thought of everything and go out of their way to ensure all your requirements are catered for. The breakfast supplied is first class and many extras are available as part of your stay. Somewhere you will be very happy to return to as often as possible.
