I did liaise with the apartment representative regarding to my cancellation request due to miri having flooding same goes to mine in bintulu which affected my trip, however the apartment decline the request and the trip was burn and I am not able to postpone to other day as per conversation. Flooding is unexpected, but staying something that can be considered to resecheduled for win win situation. But there’s nothing happen.

a bit unsure toilet with no lock. internet lag..tv also lag.. pool really enjoyble food thumbs up..!! nice..😊😊

towel bath cuma terima 1 semasa checkin..5 d bagi dpn lif selepas checkin..time checkout kena penalty 1 towel bath..yg d terima semasa menginap cuma 6 towel..tp d cas gna 7 towel...sungguh mngecewakan..bad service..terpaksa bayar jga towel yg d anggap hilang walaupun xdterima...not recomended hotel ne...mngecewakan..pengalaman pahit menginap disini..

Strategic location, gt smart TV ,but sometime can be very noisy when the car pass by.

Friendly front desk. Room is clean and spaces. Breakfast is good too.

Great service, staff are very friendly & accomodating. Room is big & clean. They hve new groceries along the building. Convenient to buy things.

15oct2024 review for stirling suites, miri When I first sought a room for 3 of us, I was so happy to find stirling suites has 3 single beds !! I wasn’t impressed with just 2 photos of the room. First time in miri & looking forward to trip. The facilities & service were disappointing with the following : 1) the room list say there’s an iron but there was not. I’ve to approach the reception twice to acquire 2) i went to the reception to request for room make up. It was cleaned on second day. Third day it wasn’t cleaned, approached reception & was told I didn’t turn on the button to clean. There was no such button after futile search & confirmed by night staff. Found a used plaster next to 1 of the bed. It was left behind by previous occupant of room. We cleaned out our rubbish & left them outside room door. A dead cockroach was found in hallway, cleared after 2 days. 3) I’d emailed ahead a month in advance that hotel to make sure there’s 3 of everything. There was only 1 face towel. They only change used towels. 4) there’s only a small round tall table (estimated 45cm in diameter) in room but only 2 high stools. After requesting from reception, the third stool never came. 5) there’s pooling of water after bath that won’t clear till half a day. Require caution when using toilet in the night 6) there’s a half or three quarter of a toilet roll when we arrived. Had to approach reception at least 3 times before they gave.

terrible service at the front desk. staff are not helpful at all. rooms are run down and poorly maintained.

My first stay in this place was not so great. The faucet didnt work. 1 of the socket plug when you turn it on, you can hear some current/electric sound. It is so unsafe. Luckily didnt get shock by it.

Good service and communication

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling

My second time staying here with my bf.. This time, we celebrated his birthday here..🥳 Apology for leaving behind the birthday decorations..🙏🏻 Everything's good, except that the swimming pool was too cold to swim.. Maybe because it's indoor..🥶 We both enjoyed our stay here this time as well..👍🏻

Very clean hotel.. spacious rooms and TV with netflix.. the rooftop pool is great with nice scenery.. the only downside is that they dont have iron n iron board inside the room.. other than that everything is superb..
