Hotel OK. Reception good. Housekeeping very poor no turn my room second day. Although reported..

The water cause itchy to my brother skin.. Its quite dirty.. Maybe the toiletries not been cleanup..some part of the toilet are missing also.. Other ok.. Need to. Upgrade this hotel. So it can be top hotel..

Spacious one especially deluxe type with window facing residential /commercial complex. A walking distance to Bintang mall. It's a simple breakfast and what can you expect for the room rates you booked. Definitely will come again if given a chance to visit Miri.

Overall on average.. Simple very basic Breakfast with Bread, Fried Egg, Oily fried Kueh Tiaw, Fried Vege, Tea & Coffee.. Set back is the Hotel WiFi in room drop-off frequently (very unstable).. Check with Front Desk.. inform that WiFi under maintenance and servicing but didn’t see any workers around.. Book and confirm with 2 nights stay at this Hotel but abandon the 2nd night and move to nearby newly opened Hotel..

Old furniture but got cool aircon. Location wise at centre of town with many food eateries nearby

The best budget hotel in Miri City in terms of price; it includes meals for the price, good location and warm hospitality.

The hotel room is very old not recommended to stay .. need to upgrade and refurbish ..

all is well but it would be better for the hotel to upgrade their shower (like rainwater pouring) and their beds. the beds which needs to be replaced with new ones (especially the ones with old springs) bcs the feeling of uncomfortable was pretty obvious when I sleep on that bed. also, having extra sockets would be nice in the room as there were very limited sockets in the room (which only near the tv - and one of them was not working) ,perhaps if there are sockets near the bed would be excellent.

The hotel is old. The plugs are all unusable, room is a bit noisy but location is within walking distance to Bintang Plaza and Imperial. The restaurant behind the hotel serve nice Chinese food with reasonable price

Recommended budget hotel. Nearest & walkable to Bintang Mall. Breakfast included.

I do not recommend.it is very old and require refurbishment. Highly recommended.
