Absolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. One can argue that the staff and service provided by the hotel are even more important than the facilities, and for many people is. It is always expected that the Staff provides good service for the customers as hotels are a part of the hospitality industry, so personally, I think it is important to point out clearly about this matter. Make sure to include all the negative aspects of the service in your review, if any.

No lift at all, have to climb up 3rd floor by foot which is ridiculous. No hot water when want to shower at night because of water tank empty? Only the location is all right and the room is quite clean. Nothing else. Not really recommended to be honest.
