As a globally recognized 5 stars hotel brand, the hygiene standards of the hotel should meet requirements. However, on the night we checked in, we found used tissues on the bed and even hair left on the bed sheets, indicating that the housekeeping service had not changed the bed linens and pillowcases after the previous guest checked out. The next day, we called the front desk several times to request fresh bed linens and pillowcases, but it took an excessively long time for them to make it. Additionally, bathroom towels were not replaced regularly, and we had to repeatedly remind the staffs to do so.
The hotel premises are quite large, and as a five-star hotel, it is common practice to provide shuttle carts for guests' convenience to deliver them to their rooms. However, this hotel lacked such a service. Every time we returned from outside, we had to walk a considerable distance to reach our room.
We hope the hotel will take the aforementioned issues seriously, improve their services, and address these problems.
