They know nothing about hospitality . Receptionist stuff is very bad and they are lying For taking more money and say when you check out we will gave you your money back but they didn’t , guys, if you try to enjoy your trip, just don’t go there they are (Scammers)

You have to be kidding to even rate this hotel a 1 star! Nothing worked. No heat, no internet despite telling us that it would be fixed. No room phone- hasn’t worked in two years. Barely any lights on the grounds to guide you to your room despite holes all over the yard. Door jams around the front door jams have been chiseled out. I slept in my clothes and ski jacket. Unfortunately this is the only hotel in this incredible area and if you want to experience the wonders of ancient Egypt you’ll have the put up with this hotel.

The Grand Aton has seen better days. The location beside the Nile is splendid, the sunset views are lovely, and the rooms are like small villas with porches; but the hotel overall is in urgent need of basic repairs. Rods are missing from walls, e.g., and a lamp with a wobbling bulb had no shade. Still, our room was clean, towels etc. were provided, and the beds were comfortable. Food is uninspired but ok (although coffee lovers will shudder at the breakfast Nescafe)--and there is a cafe by the water and an outdoor (as well as indoor) dining area, beautifully lit up at night. A good coffee shop is just outside the entrance, although it isn't open in the morning. This may be your best bet in the area, and certainly the location can't be beat.

للاسف سئ اووي وكمان مش نضيف وقله زوق منهم لو طلبت مائه أو غيره عشان يخليك تدفع والمكان مافيش سجاد والدنيا شتا بجد اسوا تجربه وكمان معامله مش حلوة رغم اني نبهت أن المكان يكون نضيف وساعتين ونص عشان ميه توصل ومحتاجين نسكافيه لا اطلب من المطعم الأرض مش نضيفه ومكناس عاملين حسابنا في أي سليبر

الأقامه كانت ممتعه الغرفه كانت مطله على النيل ومنظر الشروق من الغرفه رائع والأفطار والعشاء فى المطعم كان ممتاز وقضاء الغروب على تيراث الفندق المطل على النيل وتناول الشاى مع الشيشه على موسيقى ام كلثوم . والغرف كانت نظيفه ومستواها جيد ويمتاز بحسن الضيافه من موظفى الفندق يعيب فندق قلة الأفراد فى المطعم الرئيسى

حجزت غرفة ثلاثية ولم يقوموا بتوفير زجاجة المياه والمشروب (شاى/قهوة) لى كفرد ثالث فى الغرفة رغم طلبى لذلك ٣مرات طلبت ماج ثالث زجاجى أكثر من مرة وجائنى كوب كرتون لأنه لا يوجد ماجات زجاجية كافية للعملاء رغم إن الفندق كان تقريبا خالى من النزلاء ألغى الفطار اوبن بوفيه المتفق عليه وقدم بدلا منه ست منيو لأنه لن يفتح اوبن بوفيه لعد نزلاء أقل من 15 فرد وجدت صرصار ميت متوسط الحجم فى الحمام

Las habitaciones son muy viejas y están muy muy sucias. Internet funciona también muy mal. Somos dos personas en la habitación y solo teníamos una toalla de ducha. Los edredones de las camas al quitarles las fundas estaban llenos de manchas asquerosas que no se han lavado nunca. Resumiendo mal, mal y mal.

Passamos uma noite nesse hotel a caminho de Luxor. O jantar estava saboroso. Já o café da manhã, praticamente não tinha opções. O hotel precisa de manutenção urgente. Tanto no apto quanto na área de recepção e externa. O staff foi muito atencioso
