This unique property is five minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek, and is owned and managed by the McLaughlin Family.107 Williams Street, built in 1902, oozes charm and historic character. From the hand-painted vineyard outside mural, wood floors throughout, high quality furniture and bedding, the apartment provides comfort and walkable access to restaurants and shops in the heart of Minturn's vibrant Restaurant District. Monkshood Cellars, a working winery and cidery, is located on the first level, offers sales and tastings during the week and by appointment.The apartment, on the second floor of the historic building, is accessed by an outside (covered) set of stairs and is the only apartment in the building. The apartment is made of up two separate rooms and an outdoor deck. The room at the top right of the stairs is a detached bedroom with three high quality beds (one king and two queens). The beds feature all new linens including Pendleton wool blankets and Brooklinen down comforters/sheets. Because the beds are in one loft style room, this arrangement is best for families or close friends. The bedroom has direct access to the outside deck in the spring, summer, and fall and has a small television with DirecTV. The other room directly across from the bedroom, six feet outside under the same roof that covers the stairs, has the 3/4 bath (walk-in shower but no tub), kitchenette, and dining/living room.
