The ensuite onsen was really nice, open air and stone surface (see picture). They have a few non-local staff who were very attentive and helpful, ready to help you even from the moment you drive into the carpark. Food was decent.

Best in-room outdoor onsen you can find. Hotel room has a living area and bed area, it's not that big but no one cares when you have a nice outdoor onsen built by rocks. Food is decent too and service is very good.

Clean spacious room with private onsen. Dinner and breakfast was great. Public area was very pleasant, Kids enjoyed feeding ducks so much. Some miscommunication aboout extra kids, but staff was very helpful to arrange food and bed. Overall the best stay of my trip.

We have a good experience in this Onsen hotel. A lady greeted us at the entrance and she served us very well in the dinner. The private outdoor onsen gave us an enjoyable experience. Moreover, she share many information with us, and she could explain clearly how we prepare to visit Mountain Ah So on next day, so that we finally could visit the cracker no 1. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone visit Minamiaso.

We are a couple from Australia and I only speak a little Japanese. This was a truly AMAZING experience! The staff were so kind and friendly, giving us assistance was no issue for them. The location is stunning, the private onsen was glorious and the dinners and breakfasts were bigger than we could possibly eat (and we love our food). The price point for this experience was so good - fantastic value for money. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little adventure in the heart of countryside Japan. If you get the chance to also visit Minamiaso (they will take you there at no extra charge) for the day, grab some e-bikes and have a ride around- take in the beautiful scenery and wonderful food options.

Travelled as a family, they made special arrangements for us to have earlier breakfast at 7.30am as we had to depart the hotel to Takachiho Gorge by 8am. Yukata was of the wrong size for my mum and we had a hard time getting the staff's attention to change the size. Food is average for ryokan omakase, my daughter had a change to feed the duck. We enjoyed the onsen.

這家溫泉酒店設備齊全？ 房間設施很細心到位，房間裏有獨立溫泉，很多舒適。員工親切熱情款待。 主動介紹周圍環境，並有排放鬆免費飼料餵鴨仔， 真的很有趣。早餐美味豐富，員工很細心知道我奶奶不吃魚，早餐便轉了炸雞給他。 下次也會入住這間溫泉酒店。

너무 친절합니다. 깨끗하고 밥도 맛있고 부모님 모시고 여행이라 걱정이 많았는데 너무 만족해하셨어요. 방마다 준비된 작은 노천탕이지만 운치있고 아침 저녁으로 들어가서 따끈따끈 몸을 녹이는데 아주 훌륭했습니다. 무엇보다 일하시는 분들의 친절함이 기분좋았습니다. 또한 침구가 훌륭합니다. 완전 최고

깨끗하고 친절한 료칸이였고 특히 방 밖에 있는 노천탕은 너무 좋았다. 저녁식사는 고기가 좀… 조식은 너무나도 이쁘고 정갈하게 나오고 맛났다.

좋았어요. 체크아웃 시 현금결제만 가능하다고 해서 당황했으나, 결국 카드결제를 하긴했어요 ! 대체로 다 좋았어요!

環境很舊，整體都有歷史感，食物也一般，價格偏貴，不值得這個價格

一間人情味濃的溫泉旅館，工作人員很親切，很主動跟客人溝通。旅館環境很清靜舒服，有可餵飼的鴨羣，懶洋洋的貓咪。房間內有點殘舊，沒有浴室、樽裝水、拖鞋等。食物ok!
