there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Location is great and lots of restaurants and bars nearby . But I found no hair dryer in my room .

The room I was put in did not have a king size bed. The bed sheets were rough, pillows lumpy and the climate control in the room was fixed at 27 degrees and no matter what I did it would not change. The night staff were called and the best they could do was give me two fans. I could not sleep and had problems breathing. I asked for a room swap and non were available. This is just not good enough. The room was dirty carpets dust my room was 409.
I would have rather had booked an alternative hotel.

I have had a great stay at the hotel as per usual. The managers and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cheryl the manager was extremely lovely and helpful with any query I’ve had. In the evening the staff Alex and Victor were very jolly and up for a laugh.

Great stay at travelodge milton keynes at the hub, the breakfast was great. And the staff was lovely. I feel extremely bad for all the abuse they are receiving from guests that are upset about one of the lifts being broken, even if it is out of their power to do anything about it. Hopefully this will be sorted by my next visit.

The Breakfast team were lovely! My friend and I weren’t too sure how breakfast worked but the team helped us with the payments and ensured that we were comfortable. They were very kind and welcoming! Grateful for the service of Kelly and Ricky🥰

Easy enough checkin, room nice and clean, best part was the food, absolutely fantastic, and Kelly in the restaurant was superb, friendly polite and has excellent customer service, she should be in high management. Travelodge have a diamond worker.

Lovely weekend get away breakfast was brilliant. Also lovely staff especially Kelly and Jack. Thanks made our stay more enjoyable I'd definitely visit again in a really good location with plenty to do with kids and adults plenty of bars and restaurants
