Commodore Motel Mildura

Our room was a good size and we were impressed to find free water bottles and a fridge in our room. Mildura can be hot and we welcomed an effective air conditioner as well. Our Twin room had two singles and a King Sized bed. All our needs were covered. We we in a tour, so did not have time to try the pool or seek breakfast here. The location is great with just a short walk to the river.

This is our second stay here and it’s great. We had a one bedroom studio which was spacious and had a microwave, kettle and toaster. A complimentary jar of lollies on the table was a lovely touch. Easy walking to restaurants so very convenient.

Unfortunately, none of the power sockets worked in the room. The reception wasn't manned so I contacted their out of hours service. I told them that I (quote) 'had no sockets'. The irritable woman on the phone pedanticly tried to tell me that she interpreted my comment as that I literally had no sockets! We then proceeded into a heated discussion with her telling me that I had phrased my question wrongly and the argument was finally more about my innaccurate language rather than her fixing my problem. Finally, I terminated the call as she began to tell me that my tone of voice was wrong (and it probably was by that stage!). The whole incident was an unfortunate shame as the motel is fairly good but for the petty and small minded attitude of this unprofessional woman.

A lovely motel! We stayed upstairs in a Riverview suite with a view of the view. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and both check in and check out were a breeze. Complimentary wifi which was great. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We regret to report that our recent experience at the Commodore Mildura hotel was highly disappointing. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and provided subpar service throughout our stay. Not only did we encounter issues with receiving incorrect tax invoices, but we also felt unwelcomed and undervalued as customers. Furthermore, the absence of desks in the rooms and the persistent noise only added to the overall discomfort. We hope that the management takes this feedback into serious consideration and addresses these fundamental shortcomings for the benefit of future patrons.

Stayed for 2 days but wifi password only good for one day and because no reception service unable to ask why. This is misleading as advertised as free wifi. Maybe should receive a refund of one day as not as advertised
