Very small very not fancy very little breakfast and excellent location next to the port great for catching a fairy right and it’s right next to the port, beautiful location and there’s a balcony right next to the breakfast room, no lobby no reception nobody there during the day

Ideally located in the center of Milazzo, just by the water! The room is very modern, super clean but not very big. Beautiful building, the terrasse is goergeous. Super clean. The room has a large patio area that is equiped with outdoor sink and even a stovetop!

We loved Upper Rooms. As a note to anyone staying here, be sure to contact owner at least 24 hours in advance to get check in information. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and a nice little balcony overlooking the marina. We found food within walking distance and the morning breakfast was satisfying.

During our eight days in Sicily, this was by far the best accommodation we enjoyed. Gloria our host was a delight and couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was very chic. The continental breakfast was first class. There was a roof top terrace with a view of the sea. There was secure paid parking available which we utilised while we went for a night in the Aeolian Islands. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and it would be my first choice if I visit Milazzo again.

This is a B&B not a hotel. So self check in. Info on access to the room should have been sent earlier. I had to ask for it by phone while waiting at the front door. Info was sent in WhatsApp. You really just need the door code (same for all doors), so ask for it

Good hotel opposite the port for the ferry to the Aeolian Islands. Parking available. Close to nice restaurants. Comfy room. Many items at breakfast were not available and the staff is hardly speaking English. This caused dome issues but overall a great stay.

We just needed to stay one night because we wanted a place to rent a car and start our trip to Sicily. If we would have known how nice the place was and how cute the town is, we would have probably stayed a little longer. Modern, clean, and a wonderful staff. The breakfast on the top floor was really nice and the view was amazing. It was quiet and the price was really good but we were there off season. Like I said, my only regret is not staying longer. On another trip to Sicily, we would consider making this place a home base.

Centralissima struttura che comunque assicura silenzio e tranquillità. Inserito in un contesto con altre strutture ricettive assicura l ingresso con codice numerico, come pure l ascensore. Assicura solo la prima colazione. A richiesta può essere utilizzato anche un parcheggio auto.
