Hotel molto carino con due piscine è un capo da tennis camere standard però molto pulito e personale molto gentile ottima colazione.

The hotel was like being catfished. Photos looked great on the website but when you turned up, it turned out to be a backwater hillbilly cousin you never knew about. The jug was broken, they just told us they didn’t have anymore, the air con was at a fixed temperature and everything needed a deposit, extra key, beach towel etc and the decor and furniture looked as though it had seen much better days. Our shade over one of our doors was broken and though they said it would be fixed three times, in the 9 days we were there (we were part of a big sporting group) they didn’t fix it. To their credit however, they are renovating but had I not visited my friends rooms, I wouldn’t have know that - it actually just perturbed me more that there were nice quality rooms and we got a crappy one. 4 stars it is not, more like 2. Oh, the bartending girl from Florence was lovely, as were the dinner wait staff and the cleaners. Management, give those people a raise.

When I booked this Hotel I was expecting a 4 star experience but instead I got something in the region of a 1,5 star experience. From start to finish it was a disaster. First sight was the building site at the front, Then the inside something out of the eighties. Definitely not decorated for over 20 years but definitely needs it and should shut until it’s finished. Shower doors were hanging off so I had to fix them.Air conditioning was turned off as they were undergoing some repairs and the WI-FI was absolutely useless. Now on to the breakfast well for a 4 Star establishment it was a joke, the hot food was not covered an I the time I got there till I left didn’t change just dried up egg and cold fatty bacon. I didn’t eat anything adit was disgusting. Definitely one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Should definitely think about closing till it is in a good state!!!.

There are two things going for this hotel. The view from your bathroom window and the bed. This hotel is more like a hostel. Food see pictures is awful. These photos were taken with an hour left on the service. Carton juice, tinned fruit, surly staff. Scrambled eggs made probably around 6 and left out. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but you are able to go in earlier but full of workmen.

What a disgusting let down this place was, and a danger too. Do not book, you will not get value for money. We had a 2 week full board stay in a family room. Arrived late evening. Reception were no help and gave no advice or tips, not did they even provide us with the basics, like the required voucher for sun loungers. Our family room was tiny, even if just for a couple. A double bed then small bunk beds n barely room to move in between. The bathroom door only opened around 60° as it hit the sink, and you had to choose if to plug the mini fridge or the TV in, there wasn't capability for both. The room was so cramped we had to put a little item of furniture on the balcony so we could stand next to the bed. The balcony,, had 2 plastic chairs that just fit the width of the balcony so if you wanted to sit on one, it had to be turned in to give room for your knees (not that I would have sat on one - they were filthy and flimsy). How this hotel can say it has air conditioning is beyond me. There was a very old and leaking box above the doorway. The only difference this made to the room was approx 2° cooler only if you left it on all day with the doors and blinds shut and noone in the room. Within two minutes of entry it was sweltering again. Food...breakfast is served in the hottest room ever, you could barely breathe. The food is nice if you like pastries. Fresh fruit was rare. The scrambled egg, sausages and bacon weren't great, and looked like left there the whole service. Don't dare try and ask for a coffee from the bar if you're not Italian, you use the machine. Lunch and dinner the items off the menu were nice, but the buffet was the same every single day for two weeks and an awful cattle run at opening because a) it's crammed in a right awkward corner, and b) the most popular things are not replenished when gone. All the vegetables are served chilled. I found the food quite nice, but was really fed up by the end of two weeks. It was nice that the room lunch and dinner is served in is cool. Phew. Now for the facilities: dirty. Unkempt. Dangerous. Neglected. The photos tell you the story. A man hole which was uncovered, and the broken slab cast aside, was left unfixed at the side of the path you have to take to get from hotel to pool. There was building material left abandoned everywhere. Stinking overflowing bins and piles of tat and rubbish. Hose pipes left in random and dangerous places (like the bottom of the stairs) for the whole two weeks. There is a sunbathing deck above the pitiful pool showers which had loose and missing panels. I in fact witnessed someone put their hand on one and luckily saved themself from falling when the plank fell away. Pool: when we arrived the pool was lovely and clean but as time went on it was obvious the filter wasn't enough. The grime, and black and pink mold, growing round the pool is evident on the photos. Camera piccola e poco pulita (con diverse ragnatele sui muri), priva di riscaldamento (quello che c’è, e’ in pessime condizioni e poco salubre) e priva di qualcosa dove appoggiare la valigia, acqua appena tiepida (per non dire fredda), frigobar in camera vuoto, luce dello specchio del bagno intermittente (dopo poco che è accesa si spegne e non si riaccende più per un po’ di tempo). Credo che questi siano tutti elementi da considerare per attribuire le stelle di un hotel. Il momento della colazione è risultato un po’ caotico (tavoli non pronti a ricevere i clienti), ma buona varietà di prodotti. Quello che dispiace è che questa struttura non rende assolutamente merito alla qualità che normalmente l’Emilia Romagna offre ai visitatori.
