Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Great location, great room (suite), great breakfast. Checkin could be slightly faster though. 8/10 overall!

The service was amazing. All amenities can be requested 24/7 and staffs were friendly. The room is very clean and good.

Loved that this Hotel is close to Duomo Cathedral. Underground and above the ground train stations are just a few meters away from the hotel entrance. So many restaurants near the vicinity. Their buffet breakfast has lots of choices and they make your coffee as per request cappuccino, americano, espresso… request away! Spumante available for breakfast too! Want to check bars in the area? They have one at the rooftop! The Roof has an amazing view, sounds, and choices of drinks! Will definitely visit this hotel again on my next visit to Milan!

What an amazing hotel. Clean, friendly and something that feels 5*. Highly recommended as the service from staff, the cleanliness and location is brilliant. The rooftop bar is also brilliant, although it’s a min spend of €20 for the first drink Thank you.!

The only good thing I can say is location 🫣 It’s near Duomo - 5-10 mins on foot

Great location, wonderful staff, fast room service , but the wifi is weak unfortunately, and not so many varieties in breakfast,, otherwise it’s a great hotel:)

It is an excellent hotel and is perfectly located for shopping and Duomo. All within walking distance.

Room was spacious. The city view was nice, our room could fit 4 adults. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but the double beds were good. Love the walk in closet which we could settle all our luggages in. All the main attractions are walking distance. The hotel locates in the low emission zone, front desk staff helped to register our rental car (€7). They have a parking garage affiliated with them but it’s 500m away. We took the risk and parked at the meter since it were only there for one night.

The room was super noisy on the top floor. I stayed at room 221. Would not recommend for the price. Although location was great. This hotel needs to be refurbished.

Great Hotel. Easy to find. Felt safe and secure. Room was large and clean and the beds were super comfy. Would stay here again.
