Not bad but it could have been better. One of our friends came to visit us but the hotel staff didn't let us bring him into our room for even half an hour and they were rude in this matter. Other than that, the location is perfect and the rooms are good.

Bien ubicado a 6 cuadras de la terminal de trenes(Milano Central). La habitación es demasiado chica, el baño muy chico. Una persona de más de 100 kg no puede sentarse en el inodoro. La ducha abundante pero solo agua tibia, no tiene agua caliente. Desayuno abundante y buena variedad.

酒店距離米蘭中央車站步行10分鐘左右，比較安靜的街區，附近有超市，去大教堂可以在米蘭中央車站坐地鐵，也可以到另一邊布宜諾斯艾利斯大街的LIMA站也行，都是三四站距離，設施還算可以，早餐選擇還算豐富。

Le bruit de la lumuère de SDB et l'absence d'oeufs dans le petit dej sont les seuls points à revoir sinon c'est un bon hotel et le service est excellent

Остались жуткие впечатления!На четыре человека нам предложили комнату площадью около 12 квадратных метров,было мало воздуха,трудно разойтись,а ночью было холодно и мы потребовали дополнительные одеяла!!! Пытались поменять это жилье на более комфортное,но администратор сказал,что все занято. Заказали и оплатили 4 местный номер,а выделили двухместный и поставили еще 2 кровати!!!Оказалось очень дорого ,тесно,грязно и некомфортно. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ НИКОМУ,Ирина и друзья.

Hotel spartano, pulito, colazione adeguata, personale super cortese!

Un hotel caro por sus instalaciones debido a su cercanía a punto importante de la ciudad!! Habitación cutre y con polvo en los pocos y feos muebles!! La atención del personal buena y el desayuno aceptable!!

飯店附有早餐，性價比中等，飯店有電梯設備，搬運行李上也不用太擔心。前台另有販售飲料、提供旅遊諮詢等，整體體驗很棒。

Ho prenotato circa un mese prima, pagato anticipatamente ed all'arrivo mi hanno dirottato su un albergo di qualità più scadente! Mi hanno riferito che capita spesso, come dice il proverbio " chi paga prima mangia pesce ammuffito" Mi sembra visto che non è la prima volta che mi capita , il pagare anticipato è per il cliente una specie di inganno per permettere over booking ad albergatori truffatori,e naturalmente voi siete responsabili in quanto gestori di un servizio!

Personale molto cordiale, ottima posizione se si arriva tramite la stazione Centrale e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

The location is fairly close to milan centrale station. However, the neighborhood seems a little shady. The rooms are very small, and the amenities were provided in it. Breakfast provided was decent, and the staff was courteous with basic needs. Two different metro stations and tram stations are close by.

The Best Hotel? Well, frankly no! It doesn’t come close. I know Milan is expensive but this hotel is just about average. I was only in Milan for one night and was arriving late so I didn’t want to pay £190 to stay at the same hotel as when I was last in Milan. Last year that hotel (at exactly the same time of year) was £90 with breakfast. A combination of Covid and Brexit I suppose. The Best (nowhere near) Hotel was very dated, the furniture in my room was circa 1970s and the breakfast was limited and poor! On the plus side it was only an 8 minute walk from Milan Centrale and it had a nice garden.

Beware! The desk attendant by the name of Bree or Brynn has to be the rudest most careless employee there! If you ask for anything you have put her out. She’s the ONLY employee who I saw doing NOTHING other than the rewriting the sign, holding the counter up while playing on a personal cell phone and ordering the young man working with her around. Another patron was asking for clean towels while this employee could not have been more rude to her! The employee never gave her towels but made up excuses, stood silent and lectured her. Another patron who had just checked in brought the woman towels from his room. If you are thinking about staying here, plan to bring your own towels, toiletries and an attitude to match the front desk attendant.

I needed a stay for 2 days om my way to Greece, and I was surprised by skyrocketing prices although it was "a prime season" with a lot of rock concerts and fairs. The Best Hotel saved my trip with acceptable price and great amenity. (My usual choices must be kidding with prices they offered me...) This 2 stars hotel is in fact 3 stars (they could reach a star or two more just with a fridge or a cooler, but they have reason for being such modest). I like the terrace with a view on Via Vetruvio and Via Benedetto Marcello. There is a writing desk in the room. Hotels in Milano introduced new kind of sockets which prevent heavy electricity consumption. I had this problem last year for the first time in another hotel. Here you can by an adapter for it at the reception for only 5 e. Reeption is open 24/7, and lovely Lidya is so helpful. I can commend the elevator, which is so spacious that you can easy put a big suitcase in it. In the breakfast room there is a charming Cuban lady who will make coffee for you (if you are nit happy with already made Americana), and he likes easy listening Latino music which fills the room. Metro station Lima in Corso Buenos Aires is just a 20 meters away. Very pleasant stay. Next time I would try to arrange my travel so that I could spend here more than just a 2 days.
