After having my flight cancelled by an Italian Air traffic strike I request to have my reservation cancelled without penalty. I would have expected a part refund from the full price as the cancellation was not of my cancellation. As a hotel operator myself I make a refund of 50% when the situation is not created by the guest. We all operate to different rules, some with a moral code others without.

Used this hotel as a night stopover for an early train in the Central Station Milan. The hotel is pretty close and within a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is not really a traditional hotel, but an apartment building where some of the apartments are converted to hotel rooms. You have to ring the front door bell to be ushered into the reception that is on the first floor. The rooms were a good size. The linens and the room is itself pretty clean. The owner served as the receptionist and was pretty good with his service. The bathrooms are in the apartment and you share them with other rooms within the apartment. For taxi options, you I recommend you get a taxi from the street as if you ask the reception to call you one, the taxi automatically adds a charge when it meets you. It is cheaper to hail a taxi from the street. The sights of Milan are not far from this hotel. Duomo is about a 10 minute taxi ride away.

A 10 minutes de la gare centrale, facile d'accès. Chambre propre , salle de bain sur le palier très propre. Le bémol est le bruit extérieur, si sommeil fragile ou que vous ne supportez pas les boules quies, ya du bruit le matin assez tôt (vers 7h30). Avec boule quies, je n'ai rien entendu mais mon fils a été gêné par le bruit. Néanmoins, pour une nuit ou deux, je trouve que c'est très correct. Diego est attentionné. Autre bémol : pas de possibilité de laisser les sacs avant l'heure ou après le départ...dommage .
