A fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning. At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset! Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

People were so friendly and kind in general. Their staff is very nice, you can ask them about anything any time and they’ll give you an answer. In my opinion I think the room needed more light, but besides that, everything was fine.

Located on the shopping street Via Torino, just a 10-minute walk from Hostel Duomo. I stayed for 3 nights. My room was on the first floor. First of all, I’d like to mention that this place doesn’t feel like a hotel with a bar inside; rather, it feels like a bar with a hostel inside. Especially on my floor, I could hear the noise and music from downstairs until late at night. I’ve experienced that hostels are social and lively places, sometimes noisy, but the noise here isn’t the typical hostel noise— IT IS BAR NOISE. It seems like the hostel is more focused on attracting customers from outside than creating a social environment for its own guests. The use of a digital key card on the app is innovative, but having to use the app every time to access the stairs, elevator, and room can be tiring. Although it’s not the hostel’s fault, on two of the nights I stayed, there were two different people in the room making a lot of noise and behaving rudely towards others. I reported this to reception through the app, but it took them a long time to respond. If a quick reaction isn’t going to happen, then what’s the point of using this app? The metal storage drawers under the bunk beds make a lot of noise—they should have been made of wood. Aside from the bar area, there was no one on the terraces or in the kitchen. It really feels more like a bar than a hostel. Gotta admit I liked that the kitchen was well-equipped, with power outlets and snacks available. Cleaning outside of the bathroom areas was done haphazardly and carelessly. I also noticed several guests lying on their beds without putting on sheets and pillowcases. In my opinion, the cleaning staff should ensure bed linens are set up before check-in. The duvet smelled unpleasant and should have its own cover as well. Lastly, I had to wait 15 minutes at check-in. The receptionist decided to escort the guest before me to their room without even asking for my permission. I’ve never seen a receptionist escort a guest to their room at any other hostel. Fortunately, another staff member came and completed my check-in. Other than the location, there was nothing positive about this accommodation.

I had an excellent stay at Ostello Bello. I loved the staff the most, especially the guy from the reception area! He's the best! I would recommend this hostel to anyone who loves to travel and it is safe for solo travelers.

The bed, pillow and quilt I slept on smelled disgracefully foul. You need to put on the sheet and pillowcase yourself. They just threw it in there and left.

there is free drink in the bar. and we can drink cofee or cafelatte anytime.

This was my second time staying at an Ostello Bello property. It was still a great stay, but the Ostello in Como felt a lot better in comparison.

I would tell one of best hostel super clean easy access to airport city everything staff are very friendly definitely will recommend 👌🇮🇹🇮🇹

Good hostel! Clean, free food and friendly staff. The location is nice as well. I recommend to try this chain of hostels in other Italian cities.
