酒店對接的是一個50多歲外國老太太，英語很流利，去的時候很晚了，因為是從比薩坐火車過去的，老太太為了等我們一直沒有睡，非常感謝！酒店就在火車站附近，走路20分鐘左右，出了米蘭主火車站往反方向走，經過重慶印象火鍋，再過兩個街道左拐第一個路口過去第二排房子就到了

慎選，洗澡沒熱水，放了半天衹有温水，幾分鐘就變冷水了！隔音效果差，樓頂不知道怎麼回事整晚都有流水聲，很吵，根本休息不好

ゲストルームのようなホテル。 可もなく不可もなくだが男2人旅行で街ブラをメインとしていて宿に関しては最低限しか求めていなかったので大満足。 ドライヤー見当たりませんでした。

Discreto bagno in comune una cosa senza grosse pretese

Thrilled with my budget-friendly stay in Milan! Opted for a shared room at Villa Melchiorre initially skeptical, but it turned out to be a gem. Met wonderful people, enjoyed a great time, and the central location was a game-changer. No regrets—just budget-friendly bliss! 🏨🌟

We had a double bed room with a shared bath and stayed for one night. The bathroom upstairs is very good, and the shower is great. the downstairs bathroom is a bit more murky and feels dirty, but we only used the upstairs one. There is free wifi, but bad reception. You have to pay 5 € for air conditioning, which we did. We had a good night sleep, and it was worth buying. All in all, the B&B is ok for the price you pay. The neighborhood was a bit shady, but we took a taxi to the centre which costs around 10 € in the day.

Parte tutto prima di arrivare in struttura: Dopo la prenotazione via booking chiamo la struttura per avere conferma e mi rispondono due persone che parlano a malapena l'italiano, é stata difficoltoso l'approccio. Arrivati in struttura l'entrata é tutto tranne che accogliente, tutto in disordine e come confermato in segreteria il personale con dialettica incomprensibile e senza spirito. La camera indecente: due letti singoli uniti, un odore di foglia dal bagno. La prima sera per fare la doccia abbiamo dovuto aspettare 10 minuti prima che uscisse l acqua calda e il giorno non abbiamo potuto farla perché l'acqua non usciva

Per farla breve, lo descrivo in due parole: orribile e soprattutto sudicio! E mi fermo qui, altrimenti vomito. Sono andato in bagno con i calzini neri e sono tornato che erano diventati grigi, odore molto sgradevole nella stanza, letto scomodissimo e lenzuola odorose. Forse sarebbe adatto come porcilaia

già dall'entrata lasia molto desiderare, ma si potrebbe sorvolare, pareti stra sottili, si sente tutto, stanza sporca, letti singoli attaccati tenuti insieme da un lenzuolo matrimoniale viene spacciato per tale, terribile esperienza da non far fare a nessuno.

A me è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo ostello, il personale è cordiale e allo stesso tempo riservato. Unica pecca: l'acqua non è caldissima quando devi fare la doccia, ma complessivamente l'esperienza è stata molto positiva.
