We stayed here 5 years ago, but now especially the breakfast quality has decreased significantly. Rooms are clean and good, but also very Spartaneous.

The room is very big. We are on the first floor so we can hear noises outside at night… Breakfast is okay. Good selection of food.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel mit top Lage. Die Metro-Station liegt sehr nah am Hotel, und mit diesem kommt man überall schnell hin. Leider war die Bar und das Hotel ohne Vorwarnung am Abend geschloßen und es gab auch keine richtige Erklärung dafür.

性價比超級高的酒店，很小但是非常乾淨，在米蘭時尚週的這個時候，能找到這麼經濟實惠的酒店實屬不易，服務人員也很好，地理位置離火車站3公里，房間非常安靜，做了很好的隔音窗，房間有好聞的香氣，性價比非常高，很滿意

my 2nd time to stay at this hotel ,all good and we like the fragrance atmosphere everywhere in hotel the hotel staffs so kind and well greeting,EXCEPT the old man waiter in restaurant (bad face whole time)

The hotel is located very close to subway station and easy to access the center of the city. Also the room was very clean and the breakfast menu was so nice.

My recent stay at the NU Hotel in Milan was disappointing, despite the stylish and modern appearance. We encountered several issues that made our stay less enjoyable than expected. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. With temperatures reaching 36 degrees outside, the AC in our room was not working properly. After contacting the reception multiple times and going down in person, we were informed that the air conditioning throughout the hotel never works properly—a fact they were aware of. Despite this, no effective solution was provided. In the middle of the night, the AC shut off again, leaving us in 29-degree heat, which made for a very uncomfortable night. Additionally, I accidentally pulled an emergency cord in the bathroom that wasn't clearly labeled. It took the receptionist over 30 minutes to address the issue, and she only mentioned hearing the alarm by chance, turning it off without checking on us. This raised concerns about safety—imagine if someone were actually in an emergency situation. Given these issues, particularly the known problem with the AC and the lack of a proper safety response, I would recommend avoiding this hotel during the summer or until these problems are resolved.

The hotel has great service, staff is really helpful, room cleaning and arranging was great. Breakfast has several options. The bed was comfortable.

Business travel, the breakfast is good, and I strongly reccomend to have a post business aperitif at the terrazza. close to the metro but in a quite position. Clean and recently refurnished rooms The staff is really kind and supportive.
