房間不大，衞生間不算太小，設施比較新，訂的雙床房。出門30米左右是地鐵，奢侈品最多的蒙特拿破列亞街就在隔壁，逛街買東西特別方便。沒有大堂，接待的服務員不是24小時在。總體來説挺滿意的

I thought I was booking a real hotel but this is just five rooms on the floor of commercial business building. When I got there about 7 AM I couldn’t get into the main building. Then you have to carry your luggage up seven steps to the base of the elevator. I called the phone number I had, but nobody answered . My friends were staying there so they let me into their room where I was texting two women to find out how to get into my room. One of them answered me and give me the number to a lock box so I could get a key and go into my room. They charged me €20 for early entry. Nowhere is this mentioned on their website. They were supposed to notify me before I flew over to tell me how this hotel works, but I never did get anything. I did not know that this was not a real hotel. I did not find this under Airbnb. I found this under hotels that I searched for in Milan. If my friends were not there , I would have been stuck with my luggage sitting on some steps or some café until 10 o’clock when a person comes. They only have one person working from 10 to 4 30 p.m. Needless to say there is no ice machine or soda machine and when I had a question after 4:30, my friends helped me out. I didn’t realize that when you make a reservation, you need to ask if there is a reception desk that is manned 24/7. Rooms were clean and air-conditioned and they give you breakfast at the café downstairs. But my TV didn’t work and I had to ask my friend to help me. I will never stay at a place like this again. I wish there was an explanation about this set up on the website. It might be fine for some people, but taking my luggage up and down seven stairs with a fractured wrist was not what I wanted to do.

I will start with the location that is excellent! The room is clean & comfortable; however,the shower is small. It is on the first floor and to get to the elevator from the entrance of the building you will have a few stairs, not very good if you have luggage. There is no communal area, where you can sit and drink some coffee or tea;no storage room for suitcases and,also, no English speaker channel to watch the news, only Italian. What was compensate for all the above, was the wonderful Macy, the receptionist that was available any time and did her best from the begging to help in whatever we asked or needed.

We stayed here for one night, booking a room with panoramic views. The location is fantastic, very central and right next to the shops. The room was, clean and modern, with free touches such as water, slippers and toothbrushes. However, we did not receive a panoramic view room as booked (the room we did get was still good) and the WiFi was very problematic. It would turn on and off constantly - we complained twice and each time it would magically work... Seems like they are reducing devices on the server to save money perhaps? Quite frustrating. Also the room is advertised as having a smart 42" TV. The tv was smaller, this is fine but it was unusable as a smart TV as the remote provided left us unable to access any smart features. So this issue and no WiFi meant for lack of entertainment in the room. They did allow us to store our bag until 4.30pm which was most appreciated.

Situation proche du dôme, place un peu bruyante en raison de la forte circulation. Accueil très sympa de la réceptionniste, chambre agréable et propre. Literie correcte. Petit déjeuner au café des colonnes en bas de l’immeuble. À l’italienne… c’est à dire pas terrible (café croissant jus d’orange).

Pessime le persone. A causa di un incendio nel sottosuolo a piazza San Babila, mi è stato impedito l'accesso all'hotel per perdere almeno bagagli e soldi. Mi sono ritrovato per strada per una notte intera. L'indomani mattina ritorno in albergo, faccio una doccia e vado via a lavoro, dicendo al personale, tra l'altro arrivato in ritardo che se la camera al mio ritorno avesse ancora avuto fumo, sarei andato via. invitavo a non prelevare il pagamento della camera non utilizzata, non per causa mia. Morale della favola: torno e trovo camera sporca e con aria irrespirabile. Personale assente. A telefono non rispondono. Appena lascio la struttura mi addebitano le due notti. Da allora cerco di parlare con qualcuno, ma le ragazze che rispondono, dicono di non sapere nulla dell'amministrazione. Considerazione per i clienti pessima! Comportamento da veri miserabili. Non rispondono a mail. Scopro solo oggi che altri clienti in altre occasioni non sono mai riusciti a ricevere rimborsi. Ovviamente ciò che dico è ampiamente documentabile. PESSIMI !!!!!
