Ottima posizione direttamente sui navigli. Secondo piano con scale strette. Bellissimo scorcio sulla movida milanese. Appartamento molto carino con arredi semplici e moderni. Vicino al centro è perfetto per accedere alla metro. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile

En couple de quarantaine venu en mai 2024.. Un logement plutôt bien situé vers Navigli, pour les sorties du soirs car il y a les bars et restaurants. Concernant le logement je suis mitigée, il est au rez avec du passage devant, l'immeuble est très bruyant et un rafraîchissement des murs serait bienvenu. Il est petit, pas des plus propre j'ai dû laver les quelques ustensiles à utiliser. Manque de crochets pour suspendre les vêtements (que à l'entrée) armoire avec cintres. Le lit est bas et pas des plus confortable (odeur des draps pas top non plus). Il y a frigo et freezer puis un plaque de cuisson. Le café en capsules est fourni c'est sympa. Le parking a 25.-/jour est malheureusement indispensable car stationner dans la rue c'est impossible. Ma réservation sur Booking a été annulée, mais le logement était réservé, probablement pour qu'il n'y ait aucune trace ou pour qu'aucun commentaire ne puisse être mis sur le site. Le propriétaire était à l'heure et m'a fait le reçu de mon paiement après l'avoir demandé. Pour une bonne pizza je recommande le Sciue une rue derrière le canal. Le ticket des transports 24h à euro 4,50 vaut la peine pour visiter.

Je recommande cet appartement à 3000%. Il est situé dans une résidence sécurisée. Il est très bien équipé. Excellent pied à terre pour visiter Milan.De plus, quand nous sommes arrivées, nous avons eu droit à des boissons fraîches dans le frigo, du café et du thé.
