Booked to stay here with my 2 daughters very spacious and clean towels where available and the kitchen was equipped for everything needed only downside was no oven gloves/tea towels and I noticed that the plug in the kitchen didn't work and every now and then the cooker would trip the electrics The worst part was getting hold off reception I rang about 7 times emailed and rang the bell to try and check out this morning and couldn't get an answer to find out how I check out and what to do with the keys

Pésimo el servicio, el hotel nunca se contactó conmigo para realizar el check in no me enviaron ni el un correo, tuve que llegar a Milán al hotel y esperar 2 horas fuera en el calor. No tenían servicio de recepcion, no me habían indicado ni el piso ni el número de habitación por más que haya realizado el pago.

I don't recommend it to anyone, better move on. 100 instructions until you get to the room, no reception, very hard to answer phone or email. The rooms are very dirty, the walls stained and drawn, cobwebs and spiders. Very poorly equipped, smells bad. The bathroom constantly smelled bad from the ventilation system. It is cold in the room, it does not heat up. It's conditioner, but it smells very, very bad, and it was impossible to plug it in. For two weeks no one came to change the towels, bed linen and clean. Shops are far from the hotel. Because of the train lines, it is very noisy all day until late at night. Run away from this place, I don't recommend.

We made 2 reservations here through booking before going to Milan on a business visit. One of the rooms had a terrace and the other was a Superior room. After a long flight, we arrived at the facility and that's when the problems started. First of all, there is absolutely no staff in front of you. If you do not have a mobile phone and internet, it is not possible to enter the facility. Because they send messages to your mobile phone as soon as you arrive at the facility. Passport information, passport pictures, personal information, city tax payment links... After filling and sending these, they send you the entrance information to the facility in the form of a puzzle. Front door entrance password, main building entrance password and finally room access information. There was no problem with the room with terrace. However, the room they called a superior room was outside the facility and was in the form of an outbuilding where the staff who had previously worked there probably stayed. A dirty area right across the door where the facility's garbage is stored, noisy air conditioning motors on the exterior of the building next door, and the smell of garlic and spicy food for 3 days! Before settling into the facility, we called an official and requested that the room be changed. Because the room we chose through booking was not an outbuilding. The person on the phone stated that there was no other available room in the same facility, this was the room we chose and that change was not possible for 3 days. Half an hour later, the representative came to the facility for the customer who had another problem. Just as we were about to explain the situation, he ran away from there. Right next to the room was an area where company cars were washed, and the sounds of car washing could be heard throughout the day. We had to stay in a place worse than a doghouse for 3 days with the windows and shutters closed. The day after we left the facility, I realized that I had forgotten a shirt in the wardrobe and immediately contacted the facility. I told them that this shirt was valuable and asked them to keep it at the facility. In the message sent the next day, it was written that the shirt could not be found! How could it be? Since the facility staff entered the room to clean after us, the shirt should have been found and left at the facility. But no matter how many messages I sent, it was said that the shirt was not there. Apparently the shirt was stolen by the facility staff! We wrote all these problems we experienced on the booking system. We were asked for a written document about the facility and photographs, if any. I also sent all the photos and details. When Booking contacted the facility about this issue, the facility said that they did not have such an outbuilding style room! So that ridiculous room we stayed in for 3 days actually didn't exist at all in the facility! Booking took sides with the facility and did not offer us a compensatory option and left

Accommodation is of great standard for a small party. The man who gave us the keys was very thoughtful and demostrated himself to be committed to making our stay better. Only downside is probably location as city centre is hard to get to if you’re not familiar with metro systems.

Se volete provare un nuovo format "hotel da incubo" siete nel posto giusto. Pulizia non contemplata e personale assente. Inutile provare a contattare il loro call center non sapranno aiutarvi perché neanche loro riusciranno a mettersi in contatto con il loro personale. Sarete bloccati in un incubo di sporcizia. Rimborso neanche a parlarne.

Il peggior soggiorno della mia vita, camera con insetti, nessun supporto, sono stata trattata telefonicamente malissimo, lo sconsiglierei al mio peggior nemico, trattano i clienti in una maniera indecente, non ho avuto alcuna comprensione eppure mi hanno fatto passare una notte mortificante a livello umano con formiche e insetticida tossico.

Una soluzione comoda e vicina alla metropolitana. Abbiamo trovato l'abitazione in uno stato impeccabile, pulita, carina e accogliente, con letto comodo e confortevole. Il personale inoltre si è dimostrato molto cordiale e disponibile

Sono arrivato in struttura alle 20 di sera causa ritardo del mio volo, la struttura si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e cortese, era la prima volta che alloggiavamo in una struttura di questo tipo di solito ci rivolgiamo ad alberghi, ma alla fine l'ho trovata una scelta con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo....Stanze pulite e ben arredate, nella zona abbiamo trovato delle strutture dove fare la spesa e la colazione...grazie e a presto

Appartamento molto carino.Grande e molto spazioso, in ordine e molto pulito, non mancava neanche il kit di benvenuto. Pulizia impeccabile. Alla reception sono tutti disponibili a qualsiasi chiarimento. Posizione dell'appartamento vicinissimo alla metro.

Sono rimasto entusiasta da questa struttura, appartamento arredato benissimo, nuovo e pulito perfettamente, letti comodissimi Smart tv e cucina con piano ad induzione dotata di ogni utensile necessario( come sentirsi a casa propria!!!) all’ interno della stessa è presente la reception che ti accoglie e ti consegna la chiave dell appartamento assegnato. 5 stelle perché non posso darne 6.
