From the minute you enter the cape a farmhouse, trendy, boho style feel will embrace you. Furnished in 2019 with all furniture to include in the two story family room a reclining loveseat & stationary sofa, smart 49 inch TV, toss pillows, plush cable blankets, industrial style end and coffee tables, burlap rug, gas fireplace, and decor to catch your fancy for hours including antique hurricane lamps to catch up on a good read by. Wander to the big, open kitchen and there is a chefs dream - farmhouse style kitchen with ss appliances, huge center island, bar stools, and furnished with all new 2019 small appliances and cookware to include but not limited to coffee maker, blender, toaster, small gadgets ~ corkscrew, can opener, bottle opener, etc, pots & pans, bakeware, roaster, silverware, wine glasses etc. Your brunch is served on Magnolias "Hearth and Hand" farmhouse dinnerware. A few bottled waters and coffee & creamers are there on arrival. The kitchen nook is furnished with a distressed table and AGAIN, admire the decor throughout - a screen door leads to the trex deck in rear yard furnished with wicker lounger, and a firepit and grill. The dreamy master on the upper level is just that - DREAMY! Furnished with a plush king size memory foam mattress, hotel style sheets, fuzzy blankets, and boho style duvet and shams this bedroom assures sleep for hours. A 43 inch smart TV to Netflix and chill. 2019 Wolf dresser and nightstand with a lamp for reading. More decor upstairs to admire. A large walk in closet for longer stays, and a trendy master bath with floor to ceiling tile shower. Soft, plush towels for a wonderful showering experience. The lower level master suite is fabulous as well. A plus queen size memory foam mattress awaits you there. The decor in this suite screams patriotic from the new navy dresser and nightstand, to the red, white, and blue bedding, to the new red recliner. There is also a desk in this area for those who need to work. The lower level has its own tile full bath and laundry room as well. There is a flat screen TV in lower level suite. There is also an inflatable queen size bed in the storage room. There is no shortage for extra towels, pillows, or bed sheets for either level suite. High speed internet and cable make the stay very enjoyable not to mention work friendly. A shed for storage. *please note the sectional in the pictures was broke - there is now a reclining loveseat and stationary sofa* storage during your stay if you bring bikes, kayaks, skis, golf clubs etc...A paved drive with two parking spaces. There are so many adventures to explore nearby but you won't want to leave your getaway cape. For the business traveler, this cape offers an affordable, comfortable stay and a private place to unwind after the work day is over with many options to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail before turning in or throw a steak on the grill and enjoy some quiet time in the backyard or some front porch sitting in the rockers. This cabin is a dream, built in the 1890's and restored several times ~ the last restoration upon my purchase in 2016. A very quaint, rustic home with new HVAC and a propane fireplace for those chilly days. Queen size memory foam, plush pillow top mattress with hotel quality linens, plush pillows, and soft duvet covers for a restful nights sleep. Drift off to sleep watching the bedroom TV. There is a queen size EZ Bed with a comfy air mattress stored in closet available for set up and room in the loft bedroom with hotel bedding. Plush bath towels for comfort. Leather sofa situated close to propane fireplace and mounted smart TV. Cable knit throw and pillows to stay cozy. Kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker with ground coffee provided and appointed nicely if you decide to eat in. Bottled waters in fridge upon arrival. Kitchen is fully finished with quality pots & pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, stoneware plates, bowls, coffee mugs, vintage style glassware, wine glasses, bottle opener, wine screw, etc..Front and side porches. It is constructed of wood ~ this may not be a good choice for those with asthma etc. Due to the loft and steps to reach bedroom & bath, the cabin also not be suitable for those with mobility issues. This is also not a good fit for minimalist. There is decor as shown in the pictures & the cabin space while cozy & welcoming is only 700 sq ft. Please make sure shower liner is in shower unit when showering. If not, the water on bath floor will leak to the kitchen below.
