Red Roof Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin anmeldelser

This was not the first time I had stayed in this hotel. When I first walked in, there was a gentleman at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. I had a problem with the next-door neighbors, so I went down to the front desk, he promptly fixed the issue and was nice about it. I was staying 3 days and asked the overnight lady not to bother cleaning my room because they didn't have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. That was a mistake she was rude and unfriendly. Somehow she didn’t understand and the room got cleaned for no reason it was not a big deal but the way she handled it wasted time and resources for the staff.

This hotel was "okay" for us as a middle-aged couple, just passing through for the night. Priced well, the room was decent, and convenient to our friend's place nearby. Definitely not for a longer period of time, or for a family, I don't think. There are some shady looking characters that stay there, who like to hang around the rear entrance and prop the door open.
