We were a group of 10 family members, so we had to go with set menu, and WOW food was amazing, service impeccable and could not have been more impressed. Have eaten at the Cucina prior but this was first time at La Vetta, and will definitely return on a regular occasion. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was of such high quality. Thank you so much for making our family catch-up so special.

Marnong Estate is such a beautiful place to stay and dine all in one. Absolutely perfect views with amazing food, wine and service, and so close to home! Could not fault the food at all, will be visiting a lot more, would much prefer this over travelling to the city any day! Myself and my partner would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone!

Totally disgusted with booking process. Not a restaurant I will be booking, buying vouchers for as gifts or celebrating events here again! After booking for my family of 4 a week ahead of schedule for a 7pm dinner sitting. The morning of the dinner I called at 9am to cancel as a family member had gastro. I thought I was doing the right thing avoiding the restaurant not to spread any germs to both guests and workers. Marnong kindly deducted $80 from my account for not turning up even though I had called 10 hours prior. They have taken $80 from my account when they had plenty of time to get another booking for 4 guests. Try another winery . Will never step foot here again! Times are tough and no consideration was given!

everything was amazing, the view, the beds, spacious clean rooms, Cucina food was exceptional, great place for our team building get away. will be recommending it to everyone I know. can't wait to come back again. thank you to the team at Marnong Estate.

Marnong estate was really beautiful but we were very disappointed about our shared menu lunch. It was a day trip of a group of 52 people and we were told no need to order lunch individually, it will be a shared menu. We paid $50 each. First thing that came out was calamari which was very nice. Next was the pizza, then pizza, then pizza, then pizza, then pizza! We were all hanging out for our main course, then came two bowls of ghnocci for our table of 16 people. Finally a pasta dish came and it was fettuccini which was very nice but we were given only ONE small dish to share amongst 16 people! Five people got to taste it and the rest just looked on! This was the end of our lunch, no dessert and no coffee!! What's the logic of this?? We could have ordered a pasta dish ourselves! I would like the owner of the restaurant or the chef to respond to my comment please.

We had a function here and the food was great the service was amazing but then i noticed peacocks locked up in a tiny cage which upset me and put me off coming back. I hope that they are not there permantly but i suspect they are. A lot of other people where quite upset about this too

Came here for a late breakfast. My better half had the banana bread - delicious. I had the Sicilian omelette. I measure a chef by their omelette and/or steak. In this case the chef is a genius! On paper I wondered what it would be like (olives, onion, tomatoes, chilli and cheese) but it worked brilliantly! An omelette to remember! Then off to a wine tasting. How I had never heard of their wines before is a travesty! Truly mouthwatering drops and at the cellar door we were assisted by the lovely Allison whose knowledge and passion for the wines was a breathe of fresh air! For me this place is as good as Vasse Felix in Margaret River WA and that is high praise indeed!

Marnong Estate is a beautiful winery set atop a hill with gorgeous views and alpacas to visit! Decided to go for a nice birthday lunch here with my wife. The prices were somewhat higher than average and the quality just wasn’t there. The staff were also nowhere to be found to take our order or try to pay at the end of the meal which was quite off-putting. Come for the view, maybe don’t stay for the food.

Magnificent food, service and ambience. The staff made us all welcome and very special. I will certainly return to sample the other venues on the estate with my own family. The first time I have been to Marnong Estate Winery. Well done to all.
