STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

Room was smaller than we expected but it has what you need.Staff very friendly and attentive Hassan has been extremely helpful and always greets us with a hello and smile.Could do with music around the pool and beach bar as very quiet.A bit isolated for us as we like be able to walk into town to see the local culture.

Travelled with family for two nights. Our experience from check in to checkout was smooth. Staff were professional and nothing was too much to ask. Staff are multilingual. The hotel has a private beach and the beach is clean, white sand, turquoise water. All inclusive options was the best option for us. The entertainments in the evening especially the traditional dance was fantastic and staffs made it extra special. Alex has been brilliant, he went extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we will definitely return when next in Zanzibar ...

The property is about 1hr 30mins from Zanzibar town, however is spacious and great place to relax. They have a private beach and the water is turquoise and white sand. Staff are multilingual and very professional and friendly. Alex, Abdul, Nasri and the whole team made our stay worthwhile and the all inclusive choice make the difference. Thank you and i cant wait to be back

Such a charming little hotel , we’re already planning to return next year! It’s simple and relaxed, with an authentic African vibe, so don’t come expecting luxury, but come for the warm atmosphere and the people. The staff are some of the kindest and friendliest you could meet, always ready to help with a smile.
The pool offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, and there are two beautiful beaches to enjoy right at your doorstep. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more variety to the menu, but overall, it’s a truly special place that wins you over with its soul and warmth.

I paid for a beach view for my nieces to stay at Pearl Beach resort. On arrival they were placed on a room far away from the beach. After they informed the resort that wasn't the room i booked, they were moved to a suitable room. The resort had no electricity on their arrival which cost their router
to be down, however this was resolved in few hours later. Staff were helpful and apologetic of the situation. All in all they had pleasant stay and they informed me that the resort was a paradise and best place to relax. Grate for families. Thank you!

Exceptionally beautiful setting with beaches left and right of the peninsula. We enjoyed our 7 days stay and were impressed by the positive attitude and kindness of the personal. Joseph is a fantastic manager. Room for improvement: the food buffet. More variations would lift the stars
