This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

這是我見過的最差五星酒店，酒店走廊地毯又舊又臟，上面很多污漬，而且還有很多紙屑等垃圾，四天都沒人收拾。服務很差，第一天要求多給一床被子，結果打了三次電話送來兩次都是被單，最後聯繫攜程出面幫忙解決才送來了被子。他們還和攜程撒謊説找不出厚被子。我住過無數酒店是攜程最早一批用户，頭一次寫差評，頭一次遇上這麼差的酒店。要不是不能退訂，我就不住那了。感覺他們不愁客源，你愛住不住。

陽台超爽，房間也舒服，周圍吃的也不錯
