I booked a three-night stay from October 17 to October 20, 2024, through Trip.com and paid a security deposit of $100 USD (AUD 153.11) at check-in. It has now been 24 days since my checkout, and I have not yet received the refunded deposit. I was informed that the refund process would take a maximum of five business days. I sent an email to follow up with the refund process, but I did not receive a response until now.
Please proceed my refund as soon as possible!

The staffs are not accommodating and they did not allow us to stay inside the hotel lobby while waiting for our check in. They collected some hotel check in deposit, promised to credit it back upon check out but it’s almost a month and they did not credit it back. Not recommendable for my friends and family.

The location is excellent if you are wanting a one night stay before a cruise but probably not the best if staying for some time in the Miami area. The outside is not very inspiring but the rooms were excellent and the breakfast very good by U.S. standards.

BEWARE, Folks. I canceled a reservation at this hotel well within the permitted time and it took almost a month and a half-dozen phone calls to receive my refund for the first night's deposit. There is no excuse for that lack of service for a hotel doing business in a major city of the United States in 2025.

We stay at this hotel 2/14/2025 before going on our Cruise. The Hotel was okay, the morning breakfast was horrible. We had to put a deposit down $100.00 and they also took a photo of my license, which I was not okay with, but could not stay without. I still have not received my deposit back and it been almost 30 days. I have called and talk to the same person a few times and they said they were having system problems and asked for the credit card information again. 10 days later no refund of my deposit and now when you call the hotel you get no answer and mail box that is full. I have now filed a claim with my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOU DEPOSIT BACK.

The exterior of this hotel was pretty awful, but once inside, things got better. The bed was comfortable, the shower over the bath was great, hair dryer provided, and the T V and wifi worked well. Breakfast is included(it's fairly basic, but certainly ok), and you collect it downstairs on a tray and take it to your room, which was a bit odd. I think all the rooms are up one floor. No lift. We had an issue with the hotel charging our credit card twice for odd amounts months before our arrival, and I was worried about that. But all was fine on checking in. There's a microwave in the room, and as we were nervous about going out at night, we used it to heat meals bought from the supermarket, which is quite close by. Walkable to the metro (5 mins) and downtown harbour (30 minutes).

Stay away! They are asking for a $100 security deposit which they don't give back! I have been trying to contact them since we returned and they are not picking up the phone or answering my emails. This is totally shady as their building looks!

It’s in a good location, albeit not good for walking around, especially at night. Despite the sketchy look, it wasn’t a bad hotel, but not worth the price. It had a clean room, but uncomfortable bed and tiny bathroom. The real problem of this hotel that after 13 days they have still not returned my $100 security deposit! I have called them twice, at first, I was told it would take 7-14 days, then on the 13th day I was told it would take 7-14 business day*, and if it didn’t arrive, they could get the manager to refund the money manually. However, I couldn’t speak to the manager, because they weren’t there, he didn’t know when the manager would be there, didn’t know how to check, and said I could email the property to contact them, but didn’t provide an email. Going over the other reviews on Google, it seems like this problem is pretty common, and at this point I don’t think I’m ever getting that deposit money back. If I were you, I’d just pay an extra $100 and book to an HONEST hotel.
