For a junior King suite, we were disappointed. No mini fridge, no actual glassware or crockery (just paper cups), no bottles of water, no robes and no slippers. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel; the mini soap bar was beside the sink, a discovery made after one was already in the shower.
The gym was clean with the usual amenities (including towels and fruit).
The breakfast was quite good (meaning from the menu as the buffet breakfast looked like the usual rudimentary fare). The restaurant had no placemats nor was there a saucer to place used coffee/teaspoons (coffee and tea were served in mugs, which is fine but bring a saucer!).
The porter the following morning was very apologetic (sadly I can no longer recall his name, begins with an S) and only because of him, we thought maybe, just maybe, we could give a Hilton hotel another chance.
