Direct Ocean View 3Br at Brickell

We arrived late on the evening of February 15th approximately at 9:30pm. The check in process was completed without any issues and we entered the condo(2002). From the first appearance the condo it did not look in all bad shape until we settled in for bed where we found numerous items not up to par, and borderline unsafe. The issues are but not limited to, One starting off with the living room the sofa sectional is not in a clean seating condition. We used Lysol wipes to clean sanitizer the area where the cloth was found near black. Multiple bedrooms hardwood floorings had gaps and were moving in place, in addition to bedroom doors do not have proper door jam plates so they do not lock nor shut properly. Master bedroom shower only has 1/2 half of a door to the tub ; and all the racks in the bathroom are either broken or half hung. The main entrance to the bathroom is a sliding 2 piece mirror doors where half the mirror is shattered and broken off exposing sharp edges. There is missing fire alarms in some bedrooms and exposed wiring. I’ve included images of all the issues/damages around the property. We believe this is a safe area to stay in with Addition to all the amenities around the property. Unfortunately Based on the reviews and ratings on your website I believe this is by far unacceptable and needs to be address immediately.
