Perfect place to stay in order to explore South Beach. Nice room with a queen bed, microwave and fridge. One block from the beach and within walking distance to any of the attractions. We rented E-Bikes to get around. The rooftop pool is very nice. If you like, there is a Hookah Bar out front and Wilde on the Porch serves drinks and a full menu.

A terrible experience at the restaurant. Bad food and terrible service! We order tuna navhos and 3 orders of tacos. All the tacos were cold! We asked to heat the tacos and it took a long time. Only when we asked to cancelled the order, they bring the food. It was the kind of meat they sell in packets in the supermarket… will never come back!

So my dad and I came in early in the morning, and this is the first hotel we came to that wasn’t insanely expensive but had good reviews. They were well-deserved! The room was clean and spacious, we got a king size bed, but my dad had sleeping problems so they gave him a rollaway. It was in the room 10 minutes after we got in. Roxanne was super helpful at the front desk since we were going to get two double beds but the had sold out. She gave us the king instead but didn’t charge a higher rate. You also get 20% off your bill coupons for the restaurant in front of the hotel and a card that gives you two free lounge chairs on the beach. We only got an umbrella one day which costs $20, but the other days we just used the chairs. Super convenient. They cleaned the room every day and gave us new towels, so we never had to ask for any. It is a street across from the beach but it’s a five minute walk max, and very convenient. I would definitely stay again! If this helps anyone, we parked in a parking garage on Lincoln street two streets down, but if you go down to 13th street there is a garage that’s cheaper. If you can Uber instead of renting a car, do it! Much cheaper! Overall, a great place to stay!!!!!

I am generally not someone that will leave a comment or review. However, I must express my complaint about my experience with their unprofessional staff. We checked out of the hotel yesterday, my sister left her phone in the room. She did not realize that she left her phone until 40 minutes prior to boarding our plane. I called the Hotel at 6:23 to confirm her phone was in the room. A staff member at that time said that they will check and call me back. We get off the plane no missed calls or messages had been left. So I took it upon myself to generate the call only to speak with Vanessa that was totally unprofessional. However, she did confirm that the phone was there and that we would have to send and/or schedule a carrier to come and pick the phone up to be shipped. So, today I called the Hotel to obtain an email address to so that I can email them her shipping label for her phone. Wow, I was not expecting the next chain of events that was about to transpire. Vanessa answered the phone and as I was explaining that I had called yesterday, she immediately interrupted me saying “Yes, Yes, Yes “ all while I am speaking. I then explained to her that she was being rude and disruptive- she then started to heighten her voice saying “Excuse me, excuse me I am not being rude very loudly. I said that I can’t get a word in edgewise then she hung up in my face. So, I called back and she was like Yes, so I then became livid and started to use some choice and asked to speak with someone else for assistance and to voice my complaint. She then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and she said that the person to voice my complaint with will be in tomorrow and hung up. I will never book this Hotel for a vacation stay ever in my existence on earth.

Ideal location. Nicely done on the recent renovations. Clean, safe and good value. Super friendly and helpful staff. Can’t go wrong on this place for location, quality and value. I’m staying here on all my trips here. Right on Collins in the middle of where you want to be.

Je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir ses 4 étoiles ! Pour commencer sa localisation : certes vous êtes sur Colins avenue mais c’est une rue très très bruyante et sans grand intérêt à mon sens. Pour entrer dans l’hôtel il faut passer dans un restaurant très très bruyant une fois de plus. A l’arrivée pour le check in il y avait tellement de bruit que j’avais du mal à comprendre ce que me disait l’employé au comptoir. Ensuite les chambres : tout est vieux et à rafraîchir ! Seul point positif la qualité des lits. La fréquentation : beaucoup de personnes bruyantes certainement intéressée par le côté bling bling de cette partie de Miami. Sans intérêt ! Nous avons été réveillés à 1h du matin par un couple s’engueulant comme si ils étaient seuls au monde. On aurait dit des furies. Aucun respect des autres. Complètement abjecte. La piscine : elle a le mérite d’exister mais aucun effort n’y est fait : eau sale, aucun parasol (on est sur le toit de l’hôtel à Miami ! Ce n’est pas sérieux de ne pas mettre des points d’ombre) et petite. Petit déjeuner : l’hôtel n’en propose pas. Il vous donne des reducs pour manger dans le restau devant l’entrée de l’hôtel mais la musique y est forte dès le matin donc je passe mon chemin. Le parking : en gros on nous a dit « démerdez vous ! ». Heureusement qu’une employé nous a aidé en nous indiquant un parking a 20$ les 24h ! Bref une erreur de casting dans notre road trip. J’ai payé cet hôtel 3 fois plus cher qu’un petit motel a Key Largo qui lui était parfait ! A fuir ! Nous y sommes encore une nuit mais n’avons qu’une hâte c’est de partir !!!! Mon conseil : choisir un hôtel ne donnant pas sur cette avenue de fou, voire même un hôtel en dehors de Miami Beach pour payer moins cher.
