The hotel Djerba Sun Beach Hotel and Spa is located in the vicinity of a private beach. The beach is patrolled by a lifeguard. On the beach there is also a clubhouse. Here, there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beach towels available. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24h reception (check-in is possible around the clock), a lobby bar, internet access, a supermarket, a boutique, a hairdresser, a first aid kit, parking spaces as well as a TV lounge. Outside there is a children's pool, where sun loungers, sun umbrellas and pool towels are available for free. Furthermore, you can relax outdoors on the sun terrace and in the garden. Friendly staff, quiet with plenty on sunbeds. Food changes each night with different themes. Animation (entertainment team) are good with the kids. Clean rooms. Would be nice to have more variety at the bar with drinks and snacks. Beach is soft and just over a quiet road.

We recently stayed at the Djerba Sun Beach Hotel and had great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The food at the hotel was delicious and well presented. A huge shout out to the amazing animation team, especially Amir,Ayman,Dali,Sanfour and rest of the crew. They made us feel incredibly welcome from day one,keeping us entertained and creating unforgettable memories. DJ in the evenings kept the good vibes going well. The hotel’s location was good and just 20 min from the airport. Overall,I recommend the hotel and definitely will return.

Great vacation, very nice service, clean. Close to the beach. Animators great. And the waiters Wassim and Hichem the best. They made delicious drinks.The food is very good, everyone will find something for themselves. Varied, lots of sweets.

It was very nice holidays with my son . Everything was nice and kind people everywhere . . Thank you for all that you did for us and a big thanks to Guest relation . Everything was perfect , very good atmosphere and friendly people .. I hope I will come back again here and will have again nice moments

Rooms are lovely and clean hotel is spot on and the staff 10-10 Lovely holiday English was really good! Good communication from everyone Shop staff were lovely and helpful Weather was beautiful Pool was lovely and clean Food was lovely Bar staff were lovely

Oh dear ... after reading the reviews I was looking forward to this holiday . Room was OK. Floor in room Wasn't washed all week . The public areas are tired and worn . A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss . Pool was lovely and clean . Food was adequate . Caters for French tunisians and other nationalities . Meat was always chewy. Chicken was OK. Breakfast was poor . Oranges looked like they had been there a few months . Drinks were OK. Nothing special . Fell unwell after day 3. Went to reception in the night asking for water .. guy on reception rude told me bar was closed I said I needed a water to take tablets he shooed me to a warm water butt .. waiters were only interested in bringing a drink or dressing the table if you had tipped them . I tip at the end for good service as I had none I kept my money in my pocket. No snacks in the day no water for the room you have to buy it . No lifts so not suitable for wheelchair users . Kids would struggle with the menu . Entertainment staff were great they really do make an effort to include everyone . Would I go back ?? No .

So far it is the best hotel I have ever been to the staff are very friendly and speak to you everyday and do activities with you like Zumb, pool, ping pong and much more. There are lots of beautiful sights like the beach, the pool is very big. The animation team were the best they were very friendly they always danced with you and always made you happy even if you wasn’t in the mood they would always put a smile on your face.
