Excellent hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. All are very professional. Food is perfect and tasty with a lot of choice. You find for everyone something. Rooms are clean............ I highly recommend this hotel+++++..............

We had such a brilliant stay here, exactly what we needed for a chilled week in the sun. We booked a swim-up room and would 100% recommend it. It gave us a quieter, more private space when we wanted to just relax and escape the busier pool areas, totally worth it. The staff throughout the hotel were honestly amazing. Super attentive in the restaurants and bars, especially the evening waiters at the Kalypso buffet who always made us feel looked after at dinner. We also had one included meal at the traditional Tunisian restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The two staff members there were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. We genuinely wish we’d gone earlier in the week because we would’ve happily paid to go back again. The buffet in general had loads of variety to suit everyone. We especially loved the omelette station in the mornings. Cleaners were really efficient every day too, which we appreciated. Also, the guy at the pool bar (we think his name was Fedi) kept us well supplied with mojitos all day. Legend! Big shoutout to the animation team, always upbeat and fun without being too pushy. We got on really well with Houcem who was lovely, down to earth, and always had time for a chat. He was definitely the member of the animation team who stuck out the most to us and we will definitely remember him. It’s a great place for couples, peaceful, sunny, and really easy to just unwind. But if you fancy exploring a bit, there are also some great things to do nearby. We did a pirate ship sail to Flamingo Island which was a fun day out, and took a taxi to Djerbahood to check out the incredible street art. Would definitely recommend both. All in all, an ideal holiday. We’d absolutely go back!
