Itzae Polanquito Cdmx Lincoln Park Dog Friendly

We were pleasantly surprised by Casa Itzae. We needed to stay in Polanco for a single night, and booked very late so the places we had in mind were booked. We also needed to be close to Parque Lincoln. We worried it'd be noisy, and also that it'd be odd to have a room with a bathroom down the hall. We were wrong. They provided us with a room that faced the street but was covered with leafy, green plants. We kept the windows open during the day and enjoyed the breeze. At night, we closed the windows to lessen the street noise which was minimal, and we turned on the overhead fan. They also had a portable A/C in the room in case we got too warm. The bathroom was down the hall, but private to our room and it was just fine, in fact, better as it felt a bit more private. The place itself felt comfortable, and we felt welcome. For the first part of our CD MX trip, we had stayed in the Gran Hotel Ciudad de MX, and at the Grand Fiesta Americana (near Chapultepec park). We worried this bed and breakfast would lack in terms of comfort, but we were wrong. I will definitely stay here again because of the great location, comfort of accommodations, and the attention of the hosts.
