Last resort hotel Ok for not having any where else to stay while i worked SBLIX. Room was not clean, pillow smelled used,smelled old when ac came on. This hotel was more set up for apartment living not short time stays. They gave you 1 set of towles and toilet paper after that you have provide it.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They rip off. I booked 7 nights with them they took my money and canceled the entire reservation. They are going to be sued!!!! On the check in day the property called at 6:15 PM to see if I'm still coming. I replied yes and informed the lady over the phone that I'm 2 hrs away and should be there around 9:00 pm. The girl and the manager told me that check in is until 7:00 pm. Since their check in hours are not standard I would exoect them and ******* to make a note that check in hours are limited and not like other properties. I asked them to wait for me or help me to check in over the phone but they refused and hang up on me. They didn't make any considerations to wait for me or check me in over the phone. If they have certain hours that they check in and don't have late or over the phone check in that is a rip off and misleading. They left me without a room to stay so I had to book a room in Baton Rouge LA that messed up my work schedules on the next day. On the next day I showed up at the property to check in for the rest of the reservation (remember ? I booked 7 nights) and the girl over the counter told me for the first time that they cancelled the entire reservation. They didn't tell me that on the previous night when they called me. This is bad customer service, rip off and misleading the customer. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

The staff stated that they would only give one set of towels for the entire duration of the stay. I stayed for seven days. Hence, I had to wash the towels by myself, and what made it worse was that the washing machine was broken. I had to find a laundromat that was close to me to wash the towel's towel. If the toilet paper ran out, I had to buy it myself. The management office is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. only. Even if you call the number, no one picks it up. When I went to the office during their office hours, the staff member behind the counter saw me coming, and she continued her conversation on her personal phone without acknowledging me. She went into another room and continued the conversation with whomever she was having the conversation with. I waited more than 5 minutes to get her attention to my request. They should be trained there and have a sense of good customer service. Overall, I was not satisfied with their service. However, one staff member who was courteous was the person who worked on Friday, 6/7/2024. She was respectful and went out of her way to even get me an iron box. I wish I knew her name.

Bed and bathroom are very clean. Rooms are a bit beaten. Staff is very nice. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

I've stayed here for work since 2015, it has gotten progressively worse. This time, only half my electrical outlets worked (I asked repeatedly to have them fixed), the sink backed up with black water and there were bugs, even in the microwave. The Final straw was when I received notice that I was being charged $50 for littering the Common Area . That NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I found another motel and will NEVER COME BACK!

When I first got there the room I had reserved was unavailable so of course the only rooms were the more expensive "premium" rooms. The room had red splatter on the wall looked like some type of juice or Kool aid and a gash in the drywall and door handle for the bathroom was falling off. They had maintenance come tighten the handle and smear plaster on the wall. By the first night the big problem became apparent since every time the light was turned on you could see the roaches scatter. We were told housekeeping would be by on Thursday and the 7 days we were there they never showed up.
