Have that cozy and comfortable experience in this remodeled, fully-furnished home in the heart of Mesa. Walking distance to Mesa Arts Center and near famous landmarks like Downtown and Cubs training facility. Close to the LightRail. Accessible to Phoenix and Tempe. Comes with a gorgeous patio, has front lawn and lots of space in the backyard. I spent time and energy to create this excellent space for the guests. Newly renovated home, brand new facilities and lots of amenities included. One block from the light rail and downtown mesa! ASU down the street. A hop from the Chicago Cubs stadium Sloan Park. This home is your next relaxing destination. Guests may access all parts of the home. Has a designated parking space in the driveway, front yard and the entire space in the backyard. Always available to answer questions and provide additional info and resources. Guests may reach us through text message, Airbnb messaging, email, or phone call! We want our guests to feel free to communicate with us at any times. Downtown Mesa is a block away! Historic buildings on Main Street hide behind a bustling community. Food trucks and events every Friday night! Music and fun for all ages. Chicago Cubs spring-training facility Sloan Park is a stones throw away! Half a block from the light rail! Bring your car, you can park anywhere. Bikes are also preferred and are provided down the street for rent. You may also rent a beach cruiser on the same street. Uber is also a great alternative. ***- We allow house/potty trained pets with nominal fee minimum of $60 for 3 days, succeeding days will be additional $5/day. The additional fee will be requested separately once your booking is confirmed. Good location The house is less than 10 minutes from Sloan Park, which was important to us. Easy access to the highways to get to places like Scottsdale. Downtown Mesa bars and restaurants were a block away.

Good location We stayed for 4 nights w/3 kids. Beds are very comfy. Kids liked the bunk beds with 3rd pull out bed. The location is very close to great restaurants, it's walkable, however we did not feel comfortable walking.Couple things that were odd: There's no toilet paper holder and minimal towel hooks. Not a big deal, just annoying. The neighbors are very close and very sketchy, probably fine people but looks sketchy and scary. Google the address and look at the satellite view. Most concerning was the neighbor has a camera pointed directly towards the back door and patio area of this house. Not sure if it's hooked up or not, but it made us all feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Overall it was ok and we enjoyed Mesa!

Perfect location for 8123 Fest! My friends & I were in town for 8123 Fest. This location was walking distance from the festival grounds & all of the side events as well! It was easy to find, felt safe & was clean. The beds were so cozy we slept great after our busy fest weekend! Don was super attentive & answered promptly when we had questions. Thanks for everything!

Funeral Service Very clean and met our needs. The A/C was not cooling day 1 but the manager walked us thru a reset and worked just fine thereafter. Far better than a hotel as we reach had our own space.

Perfect Weekend Getaway This house was the perfect size for our family of 5 to stay in for a quick weekend to see friends. Our girls stayed in the bunk room, our son got his own room, and we were in the master. The beds were so comfortable, all 5 of us slept great! It was a good location for us with where we were traveling during the day.

Great stay Area seems like it’s in the middle of nowhere but you are actually close to many things to do in the Phoenix area. We were never more then a 30min drive from anything. Also close to restaurants in mesa area. 100% recommend staying here
